Thank you so much!!!! our carousel was askew, checked bottom and sure enough, those tiny screws on the bottom came out. We drilled 2 new holes and used 3/4 inch screws instead of the tiny screws supplied. Team work! and we got it done!!!
Just need to mention that the pins should be inserted from the rear so that the shelf stops with door opening. It was not a big deal, but it was not mentioned.
Oh, also…would this have been installed before the countertop was installed on top? I think the lazy Susan is about 31 inches at its widest point and the entry measurement from bottom to top of cabinet is about 29. I’m assuming it could slide in on the side and then repositioned…
If this shelf is the same, then it’s easy to add it, drill a hole for the pin in the place where you want it. But there is little space left between the shelves
My lazy Susan has become unscrewed at the bottom. It is no longer attached to the floor of the cabinet. How can I repair this? Do I have to remove it from the top, unscrew the “stop” screw (which determines the height of the top shelf) and remove the metal pole to raise the bottom shelf up to get to the very bottom to rescues it into the cabinet floor? This was originally installed in 2011, so it’s not a brand new lazy Susan.
Left up the lower shelf and asses what's there. Technically there's supposed to be screws that would attach the shelf to metal pole. The kitchen install is over 10 years, so I mean the water could have got there, maybe they got rusty, maybe the wood has rotted. I can't see it, so I am not able to tell you 100% what's there :)
yup, we removed the top support, the middle screw and drilled out new holes in the bottom, used much longer screws. 2 man job as we did not get the carousel out of the cupboard to do the work
when repairing the kitchen, the builders lost the fastening part of the turntable, now we don’t know how they are called correctly in order to order them., Can you tell us how to do this? Please.
Ikea doesn't sell the parts separately, so you wont be able to purchase it from them. Your best bet is going to the sale section and hunting for the part, hoping you can find it :)
Life saver! so much easier watching this than reading the instructions - thank you
You're welcome!

thanks for the video mate, i wonder what is the width of the door for this carousel?
Thanks! Each part of the door has 13.1/4
Thanks for the video, would be much appreciated if you could info the size of the cabinet required for this installation.. thanks!
It fits into the base corner cabinet 38in x 38in
So easy! So doable!

I think it will work either way, just as you described.
Would you think it would be easy to add another shelf

@@maxplus2849 Thank you very much 🙏
Why does mine lock in 90° to the side and not to the opening
You need to turn around the pin and put it in that way.
