I have begun to take 'baby aspirin' as I find it prevents the numbness I often experience in my fingers.

Thank you. I have had a lot of extreme stressors in my life unfortunately, including a father and mother who sometimes didn't understand me. I believe this is a good part of why I have heart disease now in only my 40's.

I take 75mg prescription aspirin after a bypass surgery due to atherosclerosis. How do you weigh the side effects of aspirin against the blood thinning benefits for long term use. What are your views about natural substitutes such as Omega 3s, Cumin Seeds, Garlic, Ginger etc.

Should aspirin be chewed or taken in one gulp? Also is it taken in the morning wake up or before going to bed at night?

I take 2 enteric coated Aspirin everyday. One 325mg in morning, one 325mg at night for many years now with no side effect problems. I have bad EKG readings of my heart and my father died from heart attack at 78 yrs old.

Thank you! Can it help brain inflammation? I had a Qeeg done and it said brain inflammation but no one seemed worried.
I was on Wellbutrin. Fine on it for two years. Cross tapered to zoloft and added Seroquel. 5 days on 50mg of zoloft, 300 mg Wellbutrin, and 50 Nh of Seroquel at night for insomnia. 5 days in I felt like I was on pre workout. My body tingled, my heart rate 185, bp 170-100, felt really bad. So I stoped everything. They said oh it’s anxiety. Tried me on zoloft and several other meds and I reacted so strangely! I’ve taken zoloft years ago and never had that reaction. Now 2 years later I have severe anhedonia, lost my thirst, hunger, lost sensation to use bathroom, amnesia about my life, dpdr, emotionally flat. So many symptoms.
