Josh, I’ll give you this. I found out I had a gluten intolerance and it made a crazy difference in my body. I now know I’m probably just less inflamed. Your diet might be something to look at.

Jacked and tatted is kinda more pricey but fashionable.
If you grape vine someone with enough power to injure yourself you need to look inwards and fix some things. It's not even a good control, chase more technique and relax more.
