Hi Andrea, I have a question When you trained for skills in the beginning, How did you split your trainings to get all that skills you got and that high level of basics? I mean you got One arm planche,Front lever,Manna,Etc and at the same time Muscle ups with clap, Pull ups to the waist, Impossible dips, etc
in order to learn all of this, you have to have a very light body weight. for example, at 5'8 you want a weight below 140, preferably even 130 and these holds become much easier. Only then can you slowly add body weight once you build the joint,tendon, and muscle strength to perform these movements. & even then, you will see yourself less and less able to perform these movements as your weight increases. The saying "calisthenic athletes are skinny, or, calisthenic athletes only look good with their shirt off" isn't for nothing.
@@chokhachi that doesnt answer my question, which is how to train but still I am super short and super light so thats no problem for me, and dont care about aesthetics, that applies for me I look very good without shirt but with it Im just skinny, But I dont care about that
@@l.p.ejames2531 yes they have heavier weights i agree! But when ther learned/built the muscle/tendon/joint strength to be able to do this, they were much lighter. Infact they were probably just above half of their current weight!

It all depends by how much free time I do have. Usually 2-3 hours per day, 6 days per week. But the hours can increase when I have to record tutorials, Instagram videos and similar. Btw for 99% of the people, 1-2 hours x 4 times per week should be more than enough.
@@AndreaLarosaOfficial i find it so impressive that you can do 2-3 hours of training. That's a lot , you have a good work ethic. If I train more than one houre I need 2- 3 days of recovery 😅😅. Have fun and good luck with every training you do , I wish you the best 🙏
