The hat is squeaky clean, must be a freshy! How long have you been riding with deck rails and was it an instant click when you did? Iv never tried any out.. just seem a bit too thick and the squareness of the edges plus being plastic and the extra weight/creakyness I just dunno... but I get the point of it I might make some thinner ones from a hardwood, try keep that nice slap sound on the b slides

Hey Dan i heard a theory about how flight/VX deck will hurt your feet or knees, bc when you deliver huge impact that suppose to break the board the fligh/vx will send back the energy to your feet, what do you think?
I went to a Skate shop today and setup a board for the first time. I got overcharged for it but that's fine I'm happy to help her out but she needs to lower them prices at least a little bit and more people might actually go there. but tbh fuck I'm so happy to have this board I got a 8.0 Prod creep show deck, element trucks, bones reds bearings, and 53mm toy machine wheels with a skull on them to kinda match the deck. the lady also gave me about $25 worth of stickers

I could be wrong but I think Andy talked Dan into rails by pointing out that they provide a pivot point to get out of board slides easier.

I used to find it harder to flip all the weight in front and the large flat shape at the front also.
