What's so good about this vid compared to other "track guides" is that you explain the mindset on what to do and how to think to get better stage by stage. Most other's just say what they do and sometimes why but it's copy and paste for the viewer. This is excellent content, Digit! Especially for new players. Keep it up bro!

Great video again. Maybe for the little bit less skilled drivers, don’t try to improve every corner in 1 lap. Start by trying to improve on the sector where lose the most time and go from there. Also there is one thing that most people forget when they break down a hot lap of a top notch driver. There is a delay between the moment you are thinking about applying the breaks and the moment your leg muscles are really activated the breaks . If I’m correct it’s between 0,5 and 0,8 seconds. So if you’re traveling with 200km/h you will travel about 28 meters in that half a second.

How can I see the fastest laps for one specific map ? Iam trying to achieve my best lap on Alsace Village but cant see the replay of other people, is there a way ?

I’ve been trying my hand at this game and have started working my way up to the top 4 position in qualifying - but as soon as I start the race - the group behind rams into my side at the first or second corners and I end up fishtailing off the track.
What’s the mindset to avoid this? I try to play it like a serious game and avoid scratching the car in front, but something tells me the meta at low levels (where I currently am) is to just ram and make your way through.
Also sometimes people don't get penalty for causing a collision
@@setokaiba2351 Into the gray area here, always watch your rear mirror and sometimes even back out if you see the guys in front being very agressive. But sometimes you'll be lucky but sometimes it really doesn't go to plan
@@DigitRacingDG there is no sense to watch in mirror if u would avoid rammers u will also run out the track u will loose time they have to patch it and make u a ghost for other ppl for corners
@@ff4life637 Then how would you know someone is going for a move on you, easy way to get to know your opponent and you should always know where to brake. Not saying it's easy but it's the only way to know what's going to happen
@@DigitRacingDG if u brake u will loose bcs u loose time and after u get rammed by other ppl there is no way u can comeback and the guy who rammed u get only 5sek punishment think about it better become invisible by collision instead of destoing whole race the other thing is u have to eait 10min ea race means u can only do literly 1 race in every 20mins..thats not fair

so what about the car you want to use and not a car best for the track 🤔 not that eady if its a league etc and you got to use that car for the season.
It looks like I still lack top speed and I have no clue. Cornering speed is similar, also exit speed but with 1-2s the other cars just fly away, costing me an easy 0.5-0.8s lap time. Any ideas?
Maybe gearing, finding the right gear is really important

Depends on the car, sometimes it's actually better to get out of a corner in a higher gear than lower because you would lose time while upshifting

You have to watch replay from the menu before you load in and only load ghost once at the track

The only way to get faster is watch someone else do a faster lap then you and copy their breaking points
