Naming features is definitely helpful for large assemblies. I am in the press and die industry and with 100s of threaded holes it is nice to know what parts are fastened using those holes.
3 things I had often wished for and did not know how to use until now: Temporary Axis, Width mate to center a part in assembly, Replace parts in assembly. Thank You!
Yeah, it depends on whether you apply appearances on parts, part bodies, surfaces,... Sometimes I have to just 'remove all appearances' from a part and start over so I can make sure it works

Thank you. I am transitioning from fusion 360 to solidworks and this video gave me a lot of helpful info!
Oh good! I have tried to model things in fusion before and I have been using Solidworks so long I just couldn't do it! 😂
Use breadcrumbs, they’re very useful to speed up selections
Thanks man so much. learned very good tips today.

When you click on a feature the measurements popup immediately. What settings do I need to change to get that behavior?
What does SW do for you? When you try to measure something?
At 7:47 You have selected some faces. and get some diameters on your screen. I don't get them.
What version of solidworks are you using?

You have a view from me. Only if you are a beginner you can find something new here. Anyway..thanks for the effort
This is so basic. Come on. They are not even basics. Waste of my 10 mins with 2x speed.
Excellent! Thanks!
