Hey dude, just wanna say this is a sick lofi beat 🔥 I wanted to make music (mostly on the genre lofi) And you've inspired me massively! I've been by your channel from time to time and kind of use your techniques to make my own lofi. Thanks so much for inspiring me and everyone else, keep the awesome work up dude ♥️
Definitely my favorite Lo-if artist. Every time I watch one of these cook up’s I feel like I have to make something. Even the throwback vids. Appreciate you bro 👊
I know this is an old video, but recently discovered you here maybe a couple months ago and love your video. I picked up captain plug ins too and love it. Keep up the killer work dude.
Yessir I get what you mean but this is really just to assist you and make things quicker but you still have to know how to make good beats to you really use it effectively.

Im not very experienced atm as a producer but I'd still prefer learning music theory it's helped me understand how and why things sound good which is nice. I don't like using samples cuz they're better than what I can make so I feel butt hurt and less motivated lol but they're cool for variety and ideas.
idk if you still looking at the comments in this vid but here goes: would you recommend ableton over fl studio for lofi-style music making? any reason? great video btw, as a bypasser im thoroughly impressed!
Hey honestly I couldn't say because I don't have much experience with FL Studio but it all comes down to your preferred workflow because you can make lofi in any DAW pretty similarly. I'd just say to get some free trials and test it out!
Excellent work. Not easy making a lofi beat from scratch. I'm happy to sample royalty free stuff but try to avoid lifting breaks off old records. Found some ace sample packs the other day on a new site my friend put me onto called Mixxed. They had some great Philly Joe lo-fi packs on there. Perfect for me who's not the greatest on the keys.
When you did the drums, isn't that technically using a sample? Can someone please clarify? Reason I ask is because I am thinking of releasing a cover song and it needs to not contain any samples. Wanting to know if it's okay to use free samples? I don't own any drums, so my only other option is to use logic pro stock drums and try and modify them that way. Can anyone shed some light? I would greatly appreciate it, thank you!
love your channel, just discovered it! I am relativity new to production and was wondering what your take on this was. Do you think just having omnisphere and these captin plug ins will be enough to make simple lofi beats like the ones you are making in this vid? Or is there any other plug ins/ vst's you would reccomend in addition to Omisphere and Captin? thanks man, all the best!
yo it doesnt let me add my own sounds in like you did. i cant click and drag. how can i fix ? it shows the "cancel" sign over the area i want to drop my sound

Much Love! HareKrishna&GodBless❤️🙏

Is there a plugin where I can write a novel without being able to read?
You are cool!
do you guys know where you can get the vinyl noise and bird/nature noises?
U can get drum packs, and or free sounds from online sites. Most require a free account but it's worth it.
