This is great he is actually playing it - if you look at other ( review ) sites it looks as if they are afraid to play. They just lightly strum and delicately and tentatively noodle some soft lead. But the way Josh is playing is how I guess we all also would like to use this D'Angelico guitar !!!
Great sounding instrument and great playing too.
Wow, what an incredible sounding one!
Watch the vid few times.Pure gold
Ya Josh, WOW to you both brother!
What a great pickup that sounds amazing!!...
A WORK OF ART FOR SURE...
Wow!
You rule Josh.
Damn that sounds wonderful...
Josh is the man.
Yes I would say so he probably can out fish me to.
D'Angelico themselves aren't so hidden. It's Eric Clapton. They've posted the receipt on other social media
At least I was able to afford the current model 🙂 It is my only Jazz guitar and you won’t believe it but it is very different to a Strat.
Wow! So who's getin' that box. I'm guessin' Mak Noffler
Jeff Beck bought it. Went to him.
Clapton's a mail order :)
Effect?
Is there a specific name for this style of Jazz playing? I hear a lot of bb king/django reinhardt.
cocaswa A lot is jump blues, and like you said Django for the enclosure stuff
West coast swing blues or jump blues
I'm guessing it went to Clapton. He likes D'Angelicos.
Does anyone know what kind of amp was used in this demo?
...how about the pickup first?...

Nothing Josh can't play
I like all the playing of Josh in the Norm´s videos, but, when i listen him in other videos playing blues, doesnt touch me at all,, can find something of Josh playing the killing jazz he play in this kind of videos.
I'm guessing David Gilmour....! Lol
I never heard of this guy, as I'm watching him I'm thinking he's good but he ought to slow down a little it would sound much.... then I read Clapton is getting the guitar.
