I work at a Wendy's and believe me, I've seen grosser and creepier things in that Drive-thru. The real thing is, I can just imagine the manager there being crazy like, "drop me 10 spicy, 10 grilled, 10 homestyle" and "hurry up guys my time!" I can just imagine if one of my managers in particular were there. He'd be freaking out with these orders.

He's a health vegan, not an ethical vegan, so he chooses to when to adhere or not to. Which is fine and still means the majority of his diet is vegan. We only see what he eats like one day out of the month or something.

Have you watched the very last seconds of the video though?
I think it's also because since they properly got all the menu varieties down (and Wendy's labeled them), Keith didn't have to eat the same thing over and over again (Like in the Pizza Hut ep). Eating a lot of food isn't impossible. Eating the same food over and over again in a short time can really drive you insane.

I think that can actually comes with a pop up table. Not sure if it is, I know some vans like that have them. I agree with your comment anyway lol
It isnt a big table and it's probably one of those foldable tables or something so I don't think it would've been too hard.
It's a folding table, so easy to get in, but hard to set up
