Yeah, they were a bit inconsistent in how they handled male/female variants of January's lines. Sometimes there's only one line and the actor/actress will use the appropriate pronoun, but most of the time both actors read both versions.
If the idea hasn't occurred to you, I'm sure it will eventually. Don't do it. I can't predict what would happen if you scanned the Apex, but all my models point to suffering.

Idk about the voice lines, they are good but I think most of the video lines is unused like attempting to leave, neuromods, etc

You can find Morgan's room in crew quarters, next to Alex's. It has the same layout as the one in simulation lab.
