Food is such an important part of our heritage, me being a Chinese. I've learned so much from your videos, thanks for passing on your skll in Chinese cooking to all of us.
Cooked this dish today but used baby Kai Lan. It was so tasty yummy especially the pork. I will cook this dish again because it is amazingly good without using the oyster sauce! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
I just love Chinese food it’s simple, quick and so tasty. I grow my own veg in the UK at my allotment and wanted to know what to do with the chines kale I grow now I know brill cheers 🍻
Very nice recipe. From Guangdong province? This procedure will work with almost any protein and green veg.The Chinese 'kale' is not kale but rather gai lan or what we call chinese broccoli in the States. Asian stores almost always have it and it deserves to be in regular supermarkets as well as its sweeter than Italian broccoli.
