Thinking about signing up for a Supercross Futures round? We headed out to the pits in Oakland and for this "Ask A Racer" on some Supercross Futures tips.
My advice? Be sponsored or be close to making a name for yourself cause if that's not you then there is no point in doing futures. If this is a event to promote the future of supercross, then why isn't it by invite? or some type of feeding system that riders can over time prepare for the demands of supercross. I watched a whole lot of carnage at Anaheim 2 futures. A majority of the riders couldn't even race the layout. They should have just saved their money and raced TWMX for a whole series... It seems like just another cash cow for Monster Energy. This could be done so much better if this was truly about the riders and rider development.
My tip. Just jump everything full trottle..
2:01 dylan ferrandis hat ehehe
"Ehhhhh, my advice is too ehhhh have factory suspension worth ehhhh $25k and ehhhh maybe you ride like me, no?"-D.F.
they cant spend more then 20k on suspension but most only spend about 12k ... dumb bitch
Just posted a vid of my first ever race after only being on a bike for 7 months... check it out
