This a problem we as humans unfortunately have. Someone is racist or rude we tend to blame the whole race for that. I’m a black man in Texas trying to learn Spanish and I’ve met some very rude Mexican men, yet the Mexicans that have been helping and correcting with my Spanish far out weighs the few that I’ve met! Can’t blame a whole race just because of one bad experience from one of them!!!
I just don't understand why some blk people think it's ok to be prejudice towards other nonblacks. Yet are the main ones hollering about racism. Yes it's alot of racism in government employment.

I find him very creepy the way he won't move to wait and speak to a supervisor, but is literally stalking her with his phone to see how long it will take her to lose it, so he has something to complain about, what is wrong with people these days.
@@snoopypoopy1709yes ! Because if he wanted to complain, he could have stood to the side and waited! Taunting her and deliberately harassing is not the way to do it !
What bothers me more than anything is that the postal clerk here had no one available to relieve her momentarily so that she could remove herself from a potentially bad situation. If a gas station can require a minimum of two clerks to be open, so should the post office!
I love to watch these guys put police in their place from doing crimes to pedestrians as well as common citizens but what I don't like is when they torn and aggravate the average working person.., I really can't understand why he kept talking and bothering that lady... For that you get an F in my book
Basically, he refused to leave her station and she had nowhere to go and nothing to do other than to hear him rant. He could have stepped aside and waited for a supervisor. He didn't.
Dude is acting like a victim but while doing so he's instigating her. He could have said what he had to say and stepped aside so the other customers could be seen IF he's such the good person he's portraying himself to be. This is nothing more than attention seeking and baiting...
Why didn’t he just move from her desk ? He could have easily prevented all of this . Why do people choose to provoke people and then get surprised when they react to their nonsense.
So true, he had in his mind to tunt her at any cost. He wanted a show n she held her peace as long as she could. I am not even mad at her, he should be ashamed of his self, I hope he got in trouble n I hope she didn't.
I'm hispanic and to be honest, if you don't speak English take someone with you who does. No one is OBLIGATED to speak any other language. Should the post office have at least one person who speaks Spanish in a hispanic neighborhood? YES but not always possible. The guy behind the camera just wanted his 15 minutes of feeling good. Why didn't he offer to translate? Not excusing the rude behavior but he really is antagonizing an already over worked employee. And yes I know people are going to try to shame me for what I say but if you don't speak the language of the country you live in, ask or bring a translator.
no one needs to try anything you are shamed buying into this whole speak english crap, if that thing at the postal office is too stupid to learn another language, or too stupid to GIVE AN ACCOMIDATION AND OFFER UP A TRANSLATOR, which is something its required to do, then your just as stupid for saying what you wrote. FREEDOM OF SPEECH DOESNT HAVE AN ENGLISH ONLY CLAUSE! but the mono agian is too dumb for that...
Well said from what I hear is that she was called stupid and she replied her mother so any race can be & or act ignorant & stupid tf he said he’s heard it all um not really sir people till this current day do some weird crap and say weird crap you ain’t been on this planet long enough to have heard it all. The place you reside at you should speak some form of English or use yah damn translation on the phone
Its also hard when spanish takes over other communities. Im half black half spanish when I was younger in san antonio the east side was blacks west mexican. Now the east is mexican as well. Bc of this i encourage everyone to learn spanish bc sometimes i go in doctor offices and only spanish is being spoken. I feel other races should adjust to this but also mexicans shouldnt feel entitled.
Working with the public is horrible because people are so crazy nowadays.Pretty soon it will all end as most jobs will have robots.I can see customers assaulting and cussing out the robots too.
That man stood there for over 10 minutes taunting, harassing and berating that lady. Her mistake is that she allowed him to break her. He is not a victim. He provoked that lady and instigated the situation. He could have made the calls and proceeded with his threats of reporting her, but instead, he harassed her because he was hoping that she would cross the line and she did.
I would have called the police myself or went to the back of the office until the supervisor came to the front. I would not have continued wasting my breath on that foolish man.
She could have called the police on him for harassment to a federal employee, and someone should have relieved her because clearly he was antagonizing the situation. Those supervisors take too long. I could see myself losing it like this if he was constantly talking to me, knowing there was an unresolved matter between us. Free the lady!!!
I highly doubt that, calling the police in a confrontational situation while black. You’ll end up with the bullet and you’re the one that called for the help. Nah.
He is the definition of an antagonist and an instigator. What is funny is that sometimes people who blame other people for not respecting other people are the main ones who are disrespectful. When she asked him kot to record he should of stopped; IMMEDIATELY. I was in the service industry for many years and people will do things just because they KNOW they can get away with it. Contrary to popular belief the customer is NOT always right.
@@marigoldtransportationgrou8016Sorry but that's not true. The US Post Office is NOT funded by tax payers. The USPS is a hybrid of public and private service. While it is an entity of the government with federal protections, it is solely funded by the sale of stamps and its products and services.

This is a very FAIR statement. Whether i agree with someone's customer service or not putting a camera in their face is very antagonistic and weird. Call corporate or something. I dont agree with his behavior either. I will be glad when they make it illegal to record unless your in danger. Its getting out of hand.
You must not know black women. A look will "push their buttons ". They are the rudest, vulgar, violent, disrespectful, and ignorant people on earth. The first words out of their mouth is always "I don't give a fu@@", until someone is MAKING them GAF!
From experience. When you are dealing with someone like the man recording, it is important not to allow them to make you act inappropriately. She should have stop talking to him once she called the supervisor. Just continue to work. As soon as she allowed him to get under her skin and cursed, it became not what he did but what she did. Keep your control no matter what.
I think you missed most of the video because he kept asking for her to call the supervisor and she refused since it was a complaint against her for discrimination and racist comments. Then she had the gall to actually hit him. She did get arrested for that and I assume since she got arrested that she lost her job because the post office is a government job.
@@deseraecannon-mcdonald7630 ... She lost her job. Working for the USPS is working for the government. She just messed up her paycheck and great hospitalization +. Glad he videoed her horrific behavior.
This is why I left customer service. There are miserable people out there that go out their way to be disgusting because they think they’re above you in class. He’s an instigator and hoped to push her to make a scene so he could report and have an actual problem
He needs to go to JAIL!! HE STRAIGHT UP HARASSED HER. Very condescending towards her while she was on her Job. Let's go internet and find out who this man is
At this point he’s harassing the employee, she asked him multiple times to step aside for the manager while she will continue to help others who are patiently waiting for their turn. He just continues to aggravate her to the point she lost control, unfortunately it’s not a good look in her or the business but he should have just moved to the side , shut his mouth and waited.
Yeah let's play nice after being disrespected because of a Hispanic who couldn't understand basic English. So she's gonna keep doing that and she's gonna FAFO.
Yes! The event appears to be a "set-up" because the USPS worker followed her orders to bring a Manager, but the customer incited an "incident report" against the USPS employee whom is a "contractor" not federal employee because the USPS agency hasn't hired staffing for decades due to higher costs of wages, healthcare, and pensions. By causing the "contractor" to lose her employment, another person replaces her, unlike federal employment that has a UNION to protect its federal employees. The Hispanic population, like the Black population, and Asian population displaced the White population ... we are watching people jockey for position that is intentional at the hands of central banksters.
It's easy for ppl to say he should have just moved and waited. But if it was them they kw they wouldn't have gone to the other side to be forgotten either.
People in these are dumb af.... I f yall listened the situation had nothing to do with him AT ALL she was rude to another customer that we didn't see. He got involved once the other customer left because is Latino and he felt like she was being racist toward another Latin person. He should've have stepped aside as was asked.
It’s easy for people to say what the postal worker should’ve done in that situation as we sit back behind our keyboards typing. If someone was in your face antagonizing you, how would you respond? If the worker indeed said what the man claimed she said…then it could’ve been handled by him patiently waiting for a supervisor instead of having a camera in her face.
His intention was to take her out of character and she allowed him to do that. She should have completely ignored him or walked away to go talk to her boss once she became upset.
Where is the security? No, I don’t agree that some corny dude should be allowed to stand in a public service line when he isn’t being tended to, especially when his sole intention is to antagonize and harass an employee. That’s out of order.
see, thats why i couldnt convict her if i was on a jury, cuz if that guy was willing to provoke that employee for that length of time? i dont know if hes actually pulling his fist back to hit her first off camera, we dont get to see if the camera guy was making an aggressive threat towards her&she felt threatened, & heres the kicker, whose word am I supposed to take? some aggressive guy behind a cam trying his level best to trigger a violent response from a stranger trying to do her job? not guilty your honor
He kept antagonizing her and he got the reaction he was looking for. I hate that she reacted but people can only take so much especially during the holidays. I hope “his case” doesn’t go anywhere bc it went from her allegedly being racist to him intentionally harassing her acting like a Karen.
She instigated equally! She should loose her job for the rudeness and the profanity, F bomb, seriously!?! but also to expect anywhere you go they will speak your language is absurd. Live in the US, learn English.
She said she notified the supervisor (and there was no manager there). He threatened to have every employee there fired (including those not involved). He's the toxin!
You made a valid point but emotionally unintelligent ppl wouldnt understand. If he was so worried about the customer dont interrupt the flow of other customers being serviced. Im sure there was an area where he could have stood and waited. He has issues just like she does. Harassing and antagonizing isnt what people who really care do.

In my opinion, the act of recording the encounter for an extended period raises a few points that I would like to bring to his attention. Firstly, it gives the impression that he perceives himself to be privileged, which can create a negative atmosphere when dealing with workers.Additionally, I cannot help but wonder if this behavior is a recurring occurrence, as it seemed to be executed with confidence and ease. Furthermore, the amount of time he spent recording leads me to question whether he has sufficient commitments elsewhere, such as employment. If he is employed, it is essential to evaluate if such behavior aligns with the company's values, as an employee represents their organization both inside and outside of the workplace. Lastly, based on the circumstances surrounding this incident, I cannot help but suspect that there may be underlying issues of prejudice or bias on his part.

I certainly consider my 12 years as a letter carrier as being directly in service and my current maintenance role as both facilities and customer support. That supervisor needs to be FIRED! This could have been de-escalated in 45 seconds. But instead a staff member was harassed for 9 min. His accusations are not recorded on video. He should have just filed the complaint instead of bullying and harrassing them at a post office during the holiday peak season. 🙄 😂
I did customer service for many years myself, I got really good at telling people off without them realizing it was happening. Now if a customer is rude to a cashier, I will say something to them about how they have no right to speak to them that way, and tell them to apologize to the cashier. If you haven't done customer service, you have no idea what we go through all the time.
Exactly. Finally someone who gets it. I also worked customer service for many years and not once did I ever get really upset over a customer because there’s a different way you conduct yourself while you’re working. And you’re completely right, it’s rather easy to insult a customer while remaining completely professional. The woman in this video is clearly too stupid to understand that. Nothing a customer does is worth getting mad about because at the end of the day none of the stuff at work is yours! Lol.
I've worked CS too, and customers can be extra. But, there are a lot of rude CS workers as well that I have worked with and be wondering myself why they're being so rude. This rudeness is especially bad among the black community.
The customer is always right within reason if you want to stay in business. Lots of businesses are failing because of terrible customer service. Airbnb, Alaska Airlines, Wells Fargo, etc. I love every minute of the collapse of corporations.
And then proceeds to be rude by speaking a language she can't understand. All he had to do was volunteer to translate. ANOTHER THING. She CANNOT be racist cause she doesn't run nothing. I want to meet him. I'm the right one.
Sounds like you shouldn't work in customer service and definitely not that lady. He is a little annoying, but her arguing with him and yelling at him just makes things worse, understandably. He's not that terrible of a customer and he seemed to maintain himself quite well, but I personally wouldnt' like to be filmed.

This a problem we as humans unfortunately have. Someone is racist or rude we tend to blame the whole race for that. Can’t blame a whole race just because of one bad experience from one of them!!!

I think you mean ethnicity. There’s the human race… that’s the only race there is. And there’s different ethnicities within that race.
I just don't understand why some blk people think it's ok to be prejudice towards other nonblacks. Yet are the main ones hollering about racism. Yes it's alot of racism in government employment.

This man is why nothing changes.
It looked like straight harassment to me
@@MechanicalUncleJoeBrandon I bet I can name one thing that defines him.
Harassment UNWANTED communication!
she's a federal employee. It doesn't count for her when she is in the act of doing her job. @@chi2capcorn
Can you describe how it’s harassment?
The Taco man harassed them🌮🌮🌮
He’s trying to get her fired
I work with the public at both of my jobs. People are certainly more aggressive, annoying and rude nowadays than they used to be. But only had handful. I'm thankful that I am seasoned and have good shoulders. There was no reason for him not to comply with her when she asked him to step aside to wait for the manager. He did get the best of her and she allowed it to happen, but I get it. Sometimes the thoughts that go through my head when I have people like that, it isn't pretty. But, I let management handle it. That's what they get paid the big bucks for. Go ahead a film me if you want. Once I get my manager involved, I'm out of it.
She was completely in the wrong lol. Ib own a liquor store so I deal with nonsense on a daily basis and the customer did absolutely nothing wrong. She made racist statements, got caught, and tried to stall management. Oh and she also assaulted someone. She will never work for the government ever again.
His goal was to get her (and “all of you”) fired. He told her that. He said he was taking this issue to the highest person in the USPS and he promised he would have their jobs. He wasn’t looking for any resolution. He repeatedly stated what was his intention.
Best karma would be to force the customer to work at post office in that position for 1 year to see how he handles the pressure. I did customer service for 7 years. @@noble604
@@noble604didn't see what she did to the other customer so so maybe she is in the wrong, never saw the manager come out, and I don't think she called one either like she knew she was in the wrong, hummmmm.. need to see the whole picture people
Usual suspects
He seems like he was trying to push her buttons he is being a AZZ he wanted a reaction in now he got what he wanted he was aggravating her on Purpose i hope she don't lose her Job
True
PEOPLE SAYING SHE COULD HAVE DID THIS AND THAT, BUT UNTIL YOU ARE PUT IN A SITUATION LIKE HERS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOUR REACTIONS WOULD HAVE BEEN!!! HE PROBABLY DOES THIS ALL THE TIME , THAT DAY HE WAS JUST UNLUCKY 🤷🏾♀️
Why are you typing in all caps dats ghetto
@@CaribbeanBornGirl”dats” is ghetto horrible English 😊
And when he said gotcha and promised that she nor any of the other clerks would have a job and kept at her after she ignored him. I would've called the police to have him removed for harassment and that supervisor just took way too long to come out to deescalate the situation
@@CaribbeanBornGirlyou ghetto for making this comment
@@CaribbeanBornGirlWhy do you engage in name-calling? Our society has become incredibly disrespectful.
This is why English should be the national language.
Her mistake was cursing and loosing her cool. He was clearly harassing her and trying to get a rush out of her
I believe he was sent there just to cause chaos. These people are a problem to others.
She was loosing her cool? Are you sure about that?
Her mistake was insulting the customer before this started, and even if he was baiting her, she took the bait. All the responsibility falls on her
How do you figure he witnessed some horrible person being racist towards one of his own kind of people and he spoke up in their defense and she didn't like it cuz she was trash
Nah. Her first mistake was making a racist remark toward a customer. That's what started this whole thing.
This lady has a sense of responsibility, but how much can a human being takes. She was being bullied the whole time, and unfortunately at the last minute she lost her cool. Prayers.
Pastor Jacob
How do you know she’s been bullied? She’s just a racist person
All one of those workers had to do was call the supervisor to come handle the situation. That guy would have gone away! Where is the supervisor? Also those ladies r rude af😊
@fozziebear888 They already told him a spvsr was called. That spvsr is not going to fire her on the spot like he expects. The other clerk was not rude for not getting involved bcse it's not going to do anything. They don't ctrl the spvsrs response time. If he couldn't wait I would just give him a ph# to call bk on
She used her hands instead of her head…all she had to do is call the Police……
2 people that should never have met. Like a bad marriage.
Nothing is as bad as a horrible marriage. You have to live with the a-hole !!! A few minutes of conflict in public with a stranger is a cakewalk.
All she had to do was walk away and get off the clock and go home and let management deal with him…unreal
@@juanalmos1959 You made a normal comment? Unreal!
@@Patrick-yh5yd thank you my fearless friend 😂😂
What happened at the end. 😮
Why is he still talking to her… he is
Harassing her and won’t let her to cause a scene and she’s falling forward. She should’ve just kept on doing her job and let him keep talking because he’s trying to make her look bad and if you don’t know anybody you’ll fall for what he’s doing.
Why was he allowed to harass that postal worker? Maybe I missed something but, shouldn’t the supervisor have called the police on him? No one deserves to be treated like that.
I agree...he is directly provoking her. It was not videoed what she did to the Spanish speaking folks. She should not be fired
She should be counseled if anything
I'm saying the same thing! This entitled scum thought he had more rights than her. Standing there recording her. Despicable.
Before he starts recording the employees make racist remarks about people speaking Spanish 😮so that when he starts recording it was in Florida in a cuban base community!!
Maybe 🤔 he was a little bit aggressive but probably he was frustrated with their comments 😢
Did you see the video or did you say she did it because he said she did it
He has every right to record in public. She’s on like 10 cameras at that very moment..
Ugh I’m not even there and his antagonistic behavior is even upsetting me. Once a customer is upset with me, I stop engaging to de-escalate the situation.
Ignoring doesn’t de escalate it makes it worse.
Came here to say this....REGARDLESS what ever she did dude PERSISTED to antagonize her, mock her, and speak about her in a language she didnt understand.
2wrongs dont make it right again....
Bro was WRONG and shudda left her ALONE till the supervisor arrived......
@@DurgaUsagi the whole point is , she never gets a supervisor. That’s why he’s at the window. She said she did but just lies to his face. Then she cusses “idgaf” at him.
