I test drove this car and I'm getting it..that charcoal grey with the black interior is beautiful 😀
Excellent shots in this video. Great narration too. I love the SE model.
Thanks, Andrew! We appreciate that :)
Great review of the 2017 Camry! We just took delivery of a 2017 Camry Hybrid XLE and love it. It has quite a few upgrades that our 2013 TCH XLE did not have. FYI, our 2017 has lighted vanity mirrors in the sun visors. Keep up the great work, very informative!
Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed the review! Also thanks for the heads up on the vanity mirror (it must just be a trim level thing) and congratulations on your new vehicle!
My favorite Toyota sedan! Terrific job bro.
My 17 hybrid has been flawless
Got the '17 Camry Hybrid SE Pearl White, it's amazing. Going to drive till 2050 probably lol
Awesome and detailed video. Good job
I am 18 going to get license in the end of the month! My first rented car will be Camry 2017
Great informative video. Thanks alot!
Glad you enjoyed!
Well, the difference ls between SE and XSE aren't as drastic in the 2017 as they are in the 2018. It's about an extra $5,000 give or take on the price of the vehicle for the newer generation 2018.
Over the course of a 3 year finance, I think that the 2018 will be very much worth it for me. The appearance and features far outshine the 2017.
It's nice to see someone actually film a review on a 2017 Camry and not just lie about it like Cameron's car reviews did!! he just did a 2016 rental car and has wrong info in it to. I subscribed to you
+Jerry Quell Okay haha... Thanks for subscribing!
Before this I watched the 2017 vs 2018 video. And now I remember the feature that makes the '18 a nicer car, but I would still buy a 2017 for the more reliable transmission.
The 2018 has a better dashboard design, the 2017 looks like a sort of haphazard pile of vinyl slabs, but the seat fabrics look weird, so maybe the '17 seats in the '18 car?
2018 camry transmission is crap
i love camry
very informative
Love the awkward eye contact with the camera as you realize you forgot your seat belt.
One day.......... I buy a used 17' Toyota Camry.
I own a 2011 Camry & my main complaint about it is the clock position. The clock is positioned in the rear center of the dash and is useless if there is any kind of glare or light. I've been trying to see if there's any improvement on the later model Camrys. I've watched 2 reviews and no one talks about the clock. What's up with that.
+LeVaughn Dickerson I own the same model Camry, so I know exactly what you are talking about. On the new Camry's there is no physical clock. The time is simply displayed on the infotainment screen.
Love it so much
Cody Gubernick o
nice job
+Bruce Baumgartner Thanks!
I took test ride in 2017 SE and Accord Lx. I can say the ride in the camry was much more quiet. Also the much talked about interior on the Acvord didn't impress me; looked cheaper.
I bought 2017 Camry SE in August and I LOVE it!
I'm glad to hear that. Does it seem quiet and fast enough for you without a bigger engine? I was impressed myself.
It has a bit more power in it than I expected. I got the 4 cylinder, so I was going after MPG than speed, but is does have some nice speed increase and the gas mileage is great. I am very pleased with it.
Yess I say this all the time the accord interior is very old looking
If you're financing through Toyota Financial services, know that we are no longer allowed to use our credit cards to pay for our carpayments, RIDICULOUS!!!! If you want to use your credit card, you can only do it through Western Union which charges a 27 dollar fee, depending on your car payment and as much as 80 dollars if you want to pay cash. Terrible idea to charge your customers such insane amounts in order to pay their bills. Because they're afraid we will accumulate points. That is your only option if you want to use your credit card. WHY?????
My grandpa has a 2016 SE in the same color.
Whats better the Camry LE or SE?Thank you!
+stephen gerard The SE is the one I'd choose because I like the looks and it adds quite a few features for a small price premium.
Good vry good
Any idea why mpg dropped on 2017 camry? They added more insulation or something else?
+Manny We spoke with a Toyota product specialist about this, and he said the difference between fuel economies is due to changes in the way the EPA tests. According to him these changes will impact other automakers and Toyota models. Thanks for the comment!
Good review! You need a better mic
+rcarlos243 Thanks! We have recently upgraded our microphone so be sure to check out some of our newest videos!
does the se come with fog lights? also, Great video!!
Thank you!!! Unfortunately, all Camry's, regardless of trim, do not have fog lights. The area below the headlamp (that looks like a fog light) is designated for turn signals on LE and SE, daytime running lights on XLE and XSE. Thanks for the comment!
Thanks...I now understand.
(Actually Tesla is the most American car company, 100% is made in USA and it is the only company to make an entire car in one place let alone one country in the past 100 years.)
why is the fuel economy worse than 2016
+Tyler Winkle It's due a change in how the EPA rates vehicles. A lot of other 2017 models also saw a drop.
thanks, looks like the 2017 i-4 dropped to 24/33/27 from 2016's 25/35/28, that's 2 mpg on the highway lost from the ratings calculation alone. unless it's because of something else, like added weight to the newer vehicle.
+Tyler Winkle I confirmed with a Toyota representative last year that the only reason for the fuel economy change was the EPA's updated testing procedure. It is very odd that it dropped the Camry's mpg that much.
sure is, unless like you said the other 2017 models also saw a drop like that (but i havent seen any)
Tyler Winkle so what’s better to get? The 2015 xse or the 2017 se / xse?
