I made these and for keto they are just right.. I didn’t have the cake pop maker so I rolled them up and used my airfryer and they kept their shape. They are also thicker than traditional puff puff but I like that they have less calories because they are not fried.. thanks for the recipe
omg this is GENIUS! Almond flour and monk fruit - perfect. I'm always talking about ways to cut sugar and processed foods like flour so I love that you've created a version of these that works that's low carb. More recipes without processed flour and sugar, please! New friend, stay connected!
I haven’t tried baking on a sheet... I feel like it may hold its shape since it doesn’t rise. Please let me know if you try it in the oven, and how it goes for you💥💥💥
