1) Behaviour management 2) Marking 3) Don't reinvent the wheel, use websites like twinkl 4) Resources? 5)Plan social events to help work/ life balance. Thank you sir!
Thank you for making this video to share your experience and resources (T_T). I am a preschool teacher struggling to stay afloat what feels like an unceasing amount of paperwork and documentation deadlines, on top of needing to consistently tend to the emotional demands of tiny humans in a class of crazy teacher-student ratio. Already starting to feel jaded and burnt out even though I am only 6 months into taking my first class... I wish the job was more about the children than paperwork. Or maybe my time management is just terrible, and the workload is completely normal... For now, I will try to apply your advice wherever applicable and hope for the best! Will definitely check out your other stuff. Keep up your good work, kind dude!
Great great great tips!! I completely agree with the behaviour management tip - it's often missed how much time is spent on dealing with behaviour incidents and following up things.

Public school, Teachers are Part time workers. "Work" 8 months in a year and receive a Full-time salary 😳
I'm so delighted you found the time to reply considering you must work 'so hard'.
Try working 10hour days, 48 weeks a year then you can complain
I appreciate your comment considering what little time you have 🙂
Thanks
If you think teaching is an easy job, you haven’t got a clue
Maybe I do or maybe I don't,
Why do you try giving me one
We pretty much do 😂
