Thank you! I’m using a Digitech Hardwire Power Block. It’s a bit of a weird one but it just kind of took up residency on my desk and has been doing a good job for a few years now.
Very nice demo video, and a very interesting product! This pedal definitely has an "everything including the kitchen sink" vibe about it. If you have a chance, can you check out the JSH Flight Delay? I'm curious how you feel about the sound quality compared to the FF-1Y. The Flight Delay has no stereo and no MIDI, but I think he managed to get a lot of really useful sounds into it.
Thank you! I love the look and feature-set of the Flight Delay, it looks like a good set of sounds with a well thought-out set of controls. I don't get any pre-releases from the bigger companies, so I'll have to wait a while to get my hands on one.
DD40 would be an honorable title but yeah let some leave it alone. It's got a sorta blade runner aesthetic with the buttons n red lights- or ghost in the machine album cover. Sounds great and hopefully doesn't have crazy power requirements
Good point. Just looked it up, 350ma. So, it's up there, but nothing you need special hardware for. And yeah, it looks absolutely dope positioned almost as a modular synth type of thing.
Surreal to see in 2024 how so many of these complicated and expensive desk-top ‘pedals’ exist. Of course this pedal is useful, good, etc etc etc but I wonder how many ppl just buy these types of things (like Chase Bliss pedals) from GAS pains and go back to using simple function pedals.
WOW! So nice and thick, in a good way. Love the natural chorusing from delays, probably more than a chorus pedal. REALLY cool.
The type of pedal I could disappear into the woods with... Brilliant video as ever. 😊
Thank you for another great video!
I love me a stereo modulation. So lush. And Cat-bass rules everything!
Insane they've fit all of that into a pedal of that size.
From what I've read (I didn't open mine up, too many things to un-fasten) there's two boards sandwiched together in there.
Sounds great. Not what I needed to see right after scoring a Volante on Reverb.
Awesome!
Great pedal and video, Jeff! What power supply are you using for the Future Factory?
