That was Bi Lo before food lion. I worked there as a teenager. Behind it is Drawbridge Ct Apartments.

That place has been 3 different grocery stores nome of em made it, they finally tore it down, in front of it use to be a kfc but they tore that down too

Been in greensboro all my life didnt know there was a abandoned food lion on battleground avenue .

you would think that there would be markings on the floors where the shelves were set up

Yeah there were some On the floor when I moved down to the other windows I pointed that out in the video the other ones they may have buffed the floor and cleaned up the markings

I have also ate at jakes diner at one time , been awhile though .

The Food Lion in Waycross, Georgia is also adbandoned and it has yet to be repurposed

I know I've noticed a lot of food lions in my area are just sitting empty also I'm surprised they don't have businesses that moved into at least part of the store if not the whole store

The only business there currently is a Chinese restaurant however alongside Food Lion, there was a Rite Aid, and a Dollar General but the Dollar General has been relocated and as for the Rite Aid it’s no more

Yeah here in my area Walgreens bought out all the Rite Aids

It was up on the hill behind Jakes on Battleground...I heard it has since been torn down and redeveloped
