The store near dtlr that had the chain pull down gate was a gaming cafe called game frog where you had original Xbox, ps2, game cube and whatever retro system they had on hand plus you could pay like 10 dollars per hour to game

Just came across this video when I heard about motel 121 closing. Me and my mom and my 1 year old son lived there when the police and feds closed it down with no notice around mid year of 2016. A few others were staying there to. I heard they closed down because of safety and some people on the back side had a meth lab going. So sad and it brought back many memories of me spending time raising my son and teaching him to walk right on the upstairs balcony which was where our room was. The owners were extremely nice, they were husband and wife.

Thank you for documenting all of these old businesses for future generations. Keep'em coming!

There's a lot of places like this in Salisbury that are abandoned now I didn't even know that CiCi's had closed and I've lived near faith for The last 5 years and grew up in Salisbury. You should find some more cuz there are a lot of them houses businesses just areas. I cannot wait until you do the Salisbury Mall and the Salisbury Cinema that theater has so much history we grew up going there before Tinseltown ever opened and I kind of hate that Tinseltown put them out of business.

They got robbed a lot that's probably what contributed to them closing it also didn't help that they were not the best at checking IDs and a lot of shady characters hung around there. I live down the street from it on sunset when I was little and we used to walk up there when it would snow just to get snacks and drinks it just got worse and worse the older I got after I moved away I lost track of the area and I'm not sure when it closed either but I know that it's been quite a number of years
