His facial expressions during the opening statement is all any person needs to see. He’s bored, expelling air as she’s telling of the take down of himself, then shaking his head when giving a description of how much longer, not 3.7 seconds, which is more than enough for intent in any case, and had already decided prior to going in that day to do something if he wasn’t getting probation. Every one knew he wasn’t getting probation, including his atty.
The judge’s testimony about Redden being calm and articulating well makes me wonder why she thought she should say something nasty to him , like, I think I’m going to give him a taste of something else bc she said she just can’t with his criminal history.

He got keefe Dee lawyer he’s in big trouble now!
The woman prosecutor in her opening statement sounds like she's having a full-blown anxiety panic attack in public speaking.
What a waist of tax payer dollars.
*waste
He is not guilty of the charge. Its ridiculous
Wow the judge also swinging back and forth in the chair. I will never think that means a person is quilty again.
Why is the prosecutor so out of breath? Seriously?
It’s unbelievable that he behave this was because he didn’t want to get probation! He needs to be locked up for a long time.
The defence lawyers argument is stupid, the 3.7 seconds is meaningless he could have been thinking about killing the judge for minutes before he reacted.😂😂
Totally wrong!!! But how does it take 6 men to stop 1!?? That’s scary in itself
Didn't know humans could fly
Only if you believe you can 🎵 😂
Man that Micheal lasso saying that he asically didnt have to put his life on the line for the judge, and that he almost decided to pull back is pretty telling about his character. Judge, get someone different to stay beside you. This guy was acting on pure instinct, not loyalty. 😢
That was not an impressive opening statement at all.....she sounds nervous and unconfident! What he did was an abomination but they are taking a massive gamble by going for a murder charge!
Exactly and it’s not like it’s a complex narrative she has to relate. I find myself wandering why she won’t wrap what she has to say up quicker being such a poor speaker.
Of he didn't intend to kill her what? Was he going to ask her or on a date?
He's for sure guilty as hell. Lock him up for life
Nevada? You can forget about getting any Justice in that Liberal cesspool
Wasn’t he talking perfectly just before the judge was about to impose sentence?
The judge’s testimony about Redden being calm and articulating well makes me wonder why she thought she should say something nasty to him , like, I think I’m going to give him a taste of something else bc she said she just can’t with his criminal history.
This is ridiculous, he’s definitely guilty it’s on video. Put him under the jail for life!
so, is it 10 years jail for attempting murder?
