I’m not sure which officer it was specifically but 1 of them got a HORRIBLE gash on his forehead. It was split wide open so he hit his head extremely hard on something. So he could have been disoriented and helpless himself in that situation. Also a lot of it was taking place on the ground, behind the bench so you can’t see who’s doing what exactly. As you can see it took several men to get control of the situation so it’s not fair to say 1 of them didnt do enough to help.

The shift of blame to someone (anyone else) other than him has clearly contributed to who he is today. Parents need to hold their kids accountable and give them consequences. If his mom blames others for his behaviors, I’m sure he’s not been held accountable by her his whole life. The fact that he was let free on the streets after physical assaults on his girlfriends before the victim judge was going to sentence him shows the court has also not held him accountable in the past.

No handcuffs. That would violate his right to a fair trial as the jury would be able to see his restraints. I'm pretty certain he's got an ankle cuff on attaching him to the floor. There is likely a skirt to the table on both defence and prosecution sides so that the ankle cuff can't be seen. The restraint would likely be soft so that it doesn't jingle when he moves his feet.

Her child told her to go to the hospital, however scans showed no injuries and doctors found no reason to admit her. The aslant yelled and held the victim approximately 6 seconds. Knowing there were competent law enforcement officers feet away, and Holthus thought she was going to die??? Her injuries were a headache and sore scalp. No blood, no broken bones, no fractures, no bruising to the face or neck. Some witnesses are lying.

When judges step out of character from their formal dispositions and talk street language to defendants you’re liable to trigger a reaction from ppl who may not be mentally well. Lots of judges enjoy flexing in their superior positions and maybe it’s not a good idea. Stick to the facts and sentencing guidelines and those contributing factors that you spoke about, like, age, background, upbringing and previous offense and lay off the street language and retract from from wanting to give Mr Redden “A Taste”

So Michael Ayala is talking with legal analyst Rosenberg tonight and she’s observed M. Lasso, the law clerk, being very animated as well. She describes him as telling a story at a local bar or something. It’s just that Lasso is a drama queen. We can see the video and I think lasso has gone overboard with his description. The blows that Lasso got in were repetitive, quick and hard. He also had Redden in a choke hold.
