Baby food that will make that baby sing, dance and talk.one of the best textures i have seen brother.and those are defintely used in peruvian cooking and this sauce.i am not peruvian food but love the food
I actually made this today ! Not this channels recipe but from another. Did not see this channel earlier. Slightly different Recipe but it turned out Great ! I made the Peru Chicken too !! Charcoal grilled it on a round Weber !! Kids loved it !! But yeah pretty Spicy !!
Just added Aji to me grocery list. What I really like about your channel is you not only taste what you make, but you go into depth about all the flavors you incorporate into your recipe. Great work.
Awesome. We love that Peruvian Aji sauce. It is amazing
From what I was told coming from my bf mom (who is Peruvian ) she told me if you don’t have Parmesan or contija cheese you can use feta or cream cheese that what she sometimes uses :)
Sir, excellent cook and that sauce is the best sauce ever. I could eat it on ANYTHING. Glad you use the Aji paste. Many recipes dont and it’s NOT the same. Thanks for sharing.
Well done! Sauce looks awesome.
Love the sauce. I've tried to grow aji peppers for years and I'm determined to make it work this time and make this sauce.
amazon!!!
I’m from Peru 🇵🇪 goi to try this recipe!🥰
That sauce looks killer! Great job dude
I’m drooling 🤤
I’d love to try that sauce variation. Chicken looked great and that had to pair perfectly together. Cheers, brother 🍻
Nice tutorial .Thanks for giving english subtitle for all other countries
WOW we'll definitely have to give that sauce a try with some grilled chicken . It definitely looks delicious might even try it on a Burger as well. Thanks for sharing from Trinidad &Tobago.👍
Very nice! I'll be trying this for sure
Thank you
Different, have never made a sauce like that. I usually stick with BBQ... this could be a great new thing to try! New subscriber here! Can't wait to see more!
Sauce looks great Chris, that mini pit barrel cooker is so darn cute.
Thanks Tom
Great looking sauce ... I like doing chicken on the pit barrel cooker... Everything looked awesome Chris great video
Thank you
Love the looks of that sauce Chris! I bet it paired excellent with that chicken! Cheers brother!
Thanks Rus. Appreciate it
When I lived in South America I used to buy large plastic bag full of this sauce from the local Peruvian restaurant
Great Video ….
Perú yeahhh!!!
So happy to find this! I raise cuy and have been anxious to get a recipe for this sauce not written in Spanish, since my Spanish is more Texican. I’ve found seeds for both the Peruvian mint and the chilies, so this recipe will give me a starting place for the sauce. The Peruvian mint doesn’t taste anything like mint, so I’m guessing you made a substitution there? Anyway, I’m sure I’ll get it sorted. Thank you!
Killer sauce Chris. I love Peruvian food and that green spicy sauce. Your version looked exactly like the ones I've had. One thing you could try is that Green (or greenish) Peruvian rice they make. I assume they use the same or similar sauce to give the rice the color in the water/stock (I bet adding the sauce to chicken stock would do the trick) to cook.
Nah it’s not the same or similar sauce it’s a diff herb but look up arroz con pollo peruano
Great cook, I really like the looks of that green sauce. I'm always experimenting with different green sauces. Is the Aji Amarillo Paste really spicy? I like a fair amount of heat for sure.
For me it had a good heat that didn't scortch your mouth.
Looks great! I have to at least make that sauce at least. tell me how spicy it was? i love spicey
Thanks for watching brother.
Jalapeño is a Mexican Chile,as far as I know Peruvians use “huacatay “ and ají amarillo which gives the a different flavor ...
Did you brine the chicken?
Make this all the time with brown rice with lemon pepper in the brown rice and you pour this sauce all over the meat and rice 🔥🔥🔥
What you do is place a tablespoon of Aji on the side on your plate and dip from there. If it is very strong, it is not recommended to place all over your food as many cannot handle it unless you are Peruvian 😁 By the way is not a sauce is Green Hot Sauce better known as Aji Verde, we also have other type colored hot peppers we use to make other hot sauces. Aji is what is known in America as Chilies. One is called Rocoto which by the nature of its color produces a redish jot sauce and Aji Amarillo which produces the yellow hot sauce you added in your recipe. 😍👍
There are so many variations of this! But I like it with the Aji. Can this be frozen? There is no way I can use all of this in a couple days!
Hey! I just did a Chicken video on the PBC Jr that will post up in a couple weeks.. LOL Nice sauce for sure!
Thank you. Will look out for that video.
Esto es un invento
Nice green salsa! But I recomend you just small portion of aji amarillo 😉. Thanks for the receipt!
It’s more universal than ranch and is somewhat healthy.
Yo Bro - great Job !! If U or anyone reading this - ASTORIA ( Queens ) NYC - Chicken Festival!!!!! Try their chicken n GREEN SAUCE !!! - You will wanna take like a gallon home witcha !!! Green liquid Crack !!
My fiancee Peruvian and when I tried the sauce maaaan I put it on everything. From rice to chicken to beef, eggs etc.
Looks good, i really need to make this Peruvian chicken.
Cilantro, or do you mean coriander? Just fucking with you-Wonderful work chef, smashing presintation.
Cheers!👌
Good job oil over water with the sauce next time
You must wash off the cilantro. It has a lot of dirt...
I’m Peruvian and we don’t use Cotija cheese , that’s a Mexican cheese . We use queso fresco . We also don’t use jalapeño peppers , that’s also Mexican . Please people if you are going to do a recipe from another country make sure to use the correct ingredients. 🤦♀️
Can you tell me the right list of how to make it?
Se ve interesante pero no entiendo niuna wea
Peruvian sauce?! (Aji verde) with cilantro and jalapeno?? No it is not Peruvian. For this recipe you need yellow pepper, huacatay ,cheese, you can get them on latino grocery stores. If you want to taste real aji Verde.
Thank you. Do you know of an authentic recipe? I can update the video.
Gracias y saludos
There is very little about this recipe that is Peruvian. Mayo is NOT a Peruvian ingredient. You use a lightly flavored oil to emulsify the sauce and it shouldn't be chunky like chimichurrie. Needs to be blended until smooth. BTW, where is the onion...and why mint??
Ok
Lol right not to mention where the fuck is the huacatay???lol
It’s Amarillo no amareelo
estas utilizando chile jalapeño mexicano.... por otro lado en mexico se le dice cilantro y en peru culantro... no es una salsa peruana.. ojo mucho ojo.
Mexicans call it cilantro. In English speaking countries it's called coriander. They are the same thing no matter what country they are grown and eaten
Bro you missing the main ingredient come on now! (huacatay) and you don’t add jalapeño that’s an insult lol
Little cilantro ok. Too much for me here
It's not for everyone. Lol. I love cilantro.
Try Basil and Italian Parsley mix instead.
@@vanscoyoc or even spinach
Good job not washing the cilantro
my man your aji verde is wrong. email me for a authentic recipe
