This recipe is the closest to the best Chimichurri sauce I've ever had in my life which was in one of the Pizza place in New York City. It was exactly like this recipe, everything hand-chopped, not blended, watery and clear, beautiful vibrant colors for freshness. Thanks for the recipe.
Its very close to authentic Argentine. Maybe a little heavy on the oregano, and ideally, this should rest in the fridge for 24hours or more before eating.
My husband is from Argentina and I make this sauce for him all the time following this recipe - I must have watched this 500 times already!! Love your voice! Delicious every time.
I’m convinced and this guy sounds like he knows what he’s doing. The only thing I changed was using red wine vinegar and I added very finely chopped shallots.

I came back to find this video! I made this last November and it was delicious on my steak, lamb chop, over white rice!!!!!!!!!! Everyone loved it. This guy knows what he’s talking about.
I made chimichurri for the first time today. Very good. I used a recipe that called for red wine vinegar. I will have to make some with apple cider vinegar next time. I imagine that would be very tasty on grilled pork. Thank you.

I add shallots and cilantro and use red wine vinegar and sherry instead of apple cider but my favorite thing about this sauce is just winging it with no set recipe and it always comes out great

What I did was 1/4 C apple cider, 1 bunch of parsley instead of 2, and about half a lime squeezed plus everything he used (I added like 8gloves of garlic. It’s soo goood!!!

Thanks for this recipe I looked at many recipes but this recipe I like the most .I never knew there is such a sauce existed until the book I am reading the character of the book went to Argentinian restaurant and she ordered this sauce and she raved about it so much. So that's how i got to know it . I am going to to make it .Thanks again.
I like to add some red/yellow/green pepper(red and yellow for some sweetness and green for bitter) red onion.Everyting small dice chops. Instead chilli flakes im used mild red chilli:)..So good :D
We love chimichurri. Chimichurri has become a staple in our house. The recipe reminds me of the delicious Chimichurri sauce for dipping fresh bread in that is served at Gaucho Grill. LOVE this type of sauce, hand chopped to perfect consistency. I think my recipe would have turned out better with the flat leaf Italian parsley vs the curley parsley that I used. I will continue to follow these steps to improve. Thank you for sharing this with us.
