That’s the fun thing with cooking, you can use all of these sauces with steak/beef or chicken. I’m planning to make all these sauces and on a platter of toasted baguette slices and bring to next family event. They love my Tortilla de Patatas. At home by myself I add chorizo and Manchengo.
The great thing about you is that you make even challenging recipes so easy to make and at everyone's reach. I have tried so many and had a fairly decent resultado. Muchas gracias jefe
Hola Albert, Love this video Bro...I am making these sauces..Que Rico.. Every time, I see your videos..i get hungry and motivated to make your dishes..simple and classy...You rock..Spain on the Fork..Gracias
Dear friend, I found your channel during the lockdown and thanks to you, I have made such great meals. You are so talented and I love your friendliness and easy approach. Hasta pronto!
I just read you're a peacatarian but I dont care..after all a lot of these Spaniah dishes look wonderful hopefully will taste delicious and can be made with ingredients that can be found in a lot of countries. Gracias ! Great content ty
Those sauces with bread and wine make a great summer dinner. BTW, when groceries become easier to get, please consider a recipe for Trinxat. We have seen several recipes, but are sure yours will be better. Thanks!
A great sauce is like a poem... Which makes you Shakespeare! Or Garcia Lorca. Burroughs? Maybe all of the above with all these different sauces. They look great!
😋 Yumm!! Just ran out of Saffron making your Paella recipe (again) soooo good! I ordered the Saffron from the website you suggested, can’t wait to try these recipes, especially the Aioli recipe, it was one of my favorite flavors while living in Spain. Lately I’ve been craving Carabineros omg I need that in my life! I’m craving everything lol So grateful that you are sharing these recipes. You are appreciated!! ❤️💛 🇪🇸
Wow, what I know as Romesco is kind of a mix between his Romesco and mojo picón. I always thought Romesco had roasted red peppers as the main ingredient.
Well first things first, it´s OK if you can only get them frozen, just make sure you thaw them out before you start cooking, thanks for the idea, will look into it, much love
Romesco sauce is usually used to dip asparagus or to put over roasted fish, but you can use it pretty much on anything you like, like dipping bread into it :) much love Jeff
great recipes! there's also a green sauce in the Canaries, I had it in Lanzarote served along aioli sauce and romanesco. Would you know the recipe for the green sauce too? thanks
Thankyou for these recipes they are always so handy to have. My question is, what is the best way to store them a d how long would they last. I live alone so would always have some left over. Thankyou for your reply
These all look incredibly amazing. Romesco is one of my ALL-TIME-FAVORITE sauces in the world. This sauce is so versatile. Yes, it's great as a condiment on top of potatoes and other vegetables as well, But I like to add it to soups, stews, on sandwiches, and burgers. Also I like add a bit more oil to make beautiful coating to roast vegetables. It gains even more depth and flavor. It certainly isn't shy on flavor, especially for as simple as it is. Italy hails their tomato sauces indeed...I am so tired of Italy trying to steal the spotlight for "The worlds best food". HOWEVER...Dear Italy, may I present one of the BEST sauces on earth! NO!...It's NOT from Italy. It belongs to Spain...Allow Spain to introduce ROMESCO!
Is the mojo sauce like the one they serve in the Canaries? I was addicted to both the green and red one that was served with Canarian potatoes. So good
In cutting back on simple carbs, I’m thinking about roasted or grilled cauliflower, eggplant, or zucchini topped with one of these stellar sauces. Dinner is served! ♥️
I was going to ask where can I find jars of roasted red bell peppers, but I did a search and appears to be available everywhere including where I shop weekly. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that they’re available here. That would save a lot of time if I don’t have to roast them myself. (Los Angeles Ca).
