Sir how do you calculate total area of the house when its given to you for eg total area of house including veranda should be 180m²

Hi Whippy, let me try and answer. A simple design would be 15m x 12m to get you to 180m². You can the play with the layout of the house to ensure all fits into the 15m x 12m size. Make sure to first plan your layout with the help of freehand drawings. Gridpaper where each block resembles 1m is very helpful. Cheers.

Hi Caelee, thanks for the question. Yes, the cement deck should be included in all your drawings as it is part of the building and the roof structure that covers it. All the best with you PAT!
