Is this just a muffler swap? Do you get the helicopter noise or is the afm deleted on this truck. Just curious, love the sound of the truck and just bought a 2017 Denali and am looking for a nice subtle exhaust note like this. Thank you
Still use afm. Can tell when it’s in v4 because you can hear it more than stock but not bad. Removed stock muffler and flapper. Replaced with magnaflow. Kept the resonator which is right before tail pipe. It helps with quieting drone and is a flow through design. I’d do this all over again. It sounds great. Sounds even better with a cold air intake you hear more engine sound. You can keep the flapper if you want to keep v4 quiet as stock.
