Much-MUCH Better with Resonators OFF!-I Like it! I have a 2017 Single Exhaust Chevy High Country 6.2 L V8 with still factory Exhayst. My last truck, a 2014 with Same Package and a 6.2 had a MBRP (Mark Barkley Race Performance) Exhaust on it, actually installed by the Dealer. Now THAT Sounded Just “Awe-Sum” bro. I am going to do that again come next Spring.
Well I’ll be 70 come this Thursday and I’m still 23-25 in my head. I still Enjoy the Sound. As per my comment, I’ll get an MBRP installed again come next Spring.
What brand makes a deep sounding exhaust? I kinda don’t like the raspiness of these newer engines, from what I’ve heard flowmaster is the least raspi exhaust but is there another brand out there? If not how would u guys get a deeper sounding exhaust, headers(long or short), true dual with h pipe or how?
What's the average cost to install something like this? I have a Nissan Titan that sounds pretty good off the lot but I put a performance muffler on it, it still isn't loud enough for me. I have an '05 softail deluxe with straight fishtails so I like em loud.
I got this on my 6.2 at4 and it drones. Only difference is I went center in center out. Idk if that makes a difference. Sounds nice and I left resonators on.. still loud
Nice truck but the vacuum cleaner tips look like shit in my opinion. I don’t know if I’d buy a new truck. Still rocking the Chinese eye 06 chevy. Bone stock still but she gets the job done. Been thinking about new exhaust but that costs coins. Maybe one day
Can’t believe how quiet it is with a Super 10 and no resonators. The converters on all the new trucks are overkill.
It really is amazing how much the resonators kill the sound, much better now.
Thanks for the vid, installing on Monday
Sounds good, subtle noise level. I would of wanted true dual with crossover.
Sounds nice and clean but defentily needs more sound though
THE OG guy showed up 🔥
Beautiful truck w/beautiful sound!
Sounds beautiful!

Sounds fantastic. I think I would've kept the resonators, but of course I wouldn't have said that 20-years ago.

Just did this and it sounds awful when the fuel management nonsense kicks in while driving down the road. Putting mine back
This is a great color
Now that sounds like a truck! Nice truck. Congrats to the owner and nice job Exhaust Addicts!

Dual 4" tips will improve the sound too! 😊👍
These trucks sound best with borlas Flowmaster for the older generation trucks
The active exhaust on the 2024 AT4 sounds about the same or louder from factory
IS there a way to get it to sound like an LS 6.0? I really really want GM to bring back that beefy sound
Right now I have L86 (6.2 v8) with Borla S-Type exhaust. It's too loud inside and outside. What can you recommend with good bass and not loud?
So much better w/o the resonators! They made the right decision
I like that it sounds great and i would just do the muffler
Get it! Drive it like you stole it
Needs more sound
Agreed. Kinda wimpy but it's an improvement for sure
Have you guys installed a k&n exhaust on a truck with a 5.3?
They say that glo masters inlets are makes it look hella restrictive
Still sounded pretty weak after the resonator delete
Not as weak as your 4 cylinder
That 6.2 prolly shit out all it's lifters on the way home...😂
😂😂😂😂!.....😐No. There is a reason why LS Swapping random sht is a thing.
@@audiwankenobi361 I think he’s referring to the OEM DOD/AFM lifters that eventually collapse due to design failure.
can u please test how load is stock f 150 2019

Does deleting resonators cause codes or faults?
No it dosent
Sharp looking truck, good sound, half way decent welds.
What's the world coming to?? 🤔
Exactly. I cringed when he said that the customers drove 2.5hrs to come to them... For that workmanship??? 🤮
"We can make it louder"😅😅😅 Does it drone?

HDMI exhaust tips 😂😂😂😂😂

Aye! A truck can not be "sexy"! As a matter of fact no vehicle is sexy....but yes,it's a good looking truck.
Much better..
Who is this?
If it was true dualed with 3 inch pipe it'll be loud.
Worst sounding mufflers ever
i feel like if people are going to use flowmaster, use the damn flowmaster FX straight through muffler
Love the videos. The guy talks too much tho
Fr
Sounds like 💩 should’ve took resonators off
They did, still too quiet
a flow fx would have been better for sure
