Basketball is a totally different animal. All it takes is a knee or an achilles in basketball past a certain age & you're done. If they didn't drug test AT ALL he could use HGH/TRT to make it to 44-45, but there's just too much potential for an awkward landing in basketball versus a modern protected NFL QB wearing knee braces, etc. I guess we'll see in 6 years, but I'd bet he doesn't make it past 3 more seasons (or 41 years old).

As far as G.O.A.T it’s still Jordan overall but this doesn’t take away in the least the fact he hit a very very high milestone and his career up to this point has been phenomenal to say the least he deserves to be a legend and will most likely be a Hall of Fame 1st pick in which he deserves no less.

Lebron statistically smashes Jordan in the GOAT convo. I’m not saying there isn’t any merit to the 6/6 championships but that can’t be the entire claim to the convo considering how much Lebron does as an actual player rather than team accomplishments like championships.

Not only that I’m saying the quality of Jordan’s career overall on and off court is just spectacular in a way that it will take generations to achieve. Even off court. Even Decades in retirement. Quality over quantity. If LeBron would have stayed with the Cavs the whole ride and achieved what he has up to now then we could have talked but right now in reality like in my 1st post LeBron is legend status 1st pick Hall of Fame top ten greats hands down but not the G.O.A.T.
