Smoked Leg of Lamb on a Camp Chef Pellet Smoker

In this video I will be showing you how to smoke a leg of lamb sirloin. You can use whichever spices you like, but here I am keeping it simple by using a middle eastern leg of lamb spice blend and sea salt. Be generous with the spices since this is a thick cut of meat. I also use hickory pellets, but you can also use a mix of hickory, apple, and cherry for a sweeter flavor.

@@mmpcudahy Oo sorry lol. It wasn’t cooked overnight, I think total cook time was 5-7 hours with wrap. Unless you’re going super low, you want to be careful because you can overcook if the meat isn’t too fatty
