We love lamb the problem is most Uk lamb is from New Zealand. The largest exporter for halal meat. As a Christian I’m not allowed to eat meat sacrificed it idols. I therefore need to find a local independent farmer and go that route. Lamb is once or twice a year. I’m checking out tips coz I’m f do ping it smoked for Passover today.
