    The thing is... when you find THAT place, there is no need to push, or breathe more, or contract more. Very few times I felt it, I hope I 'll find consistency some day! Tanks for your help!

    I have used Mix Masterclass exercises now for now 4 months straight every day (along with straw phonation). About on average 20 minutes a day. I sing outside in a park with no one there to judge me and I can be as loud as I want (I try to avoid car singing although I love to do it). I think I'm probably a high Baritone. I can hit a full voice C#5 and glide it down almost 2 octaves with no break. The buzz is there, the sense of support (lean) has become more evident as my neck is no longer in the way. My bad habit of using my neck (squeeze) to control the pitch has dissolved quite a bit. It takes time and concerted effort. If you are like me, you might have been pressing for decades "baking in" the wrong coordination. It takes time to update the nervous system. I also think I could have favored the mouth without being aware and never allowed sound to travel into my head as I have been chronically congested in the nose my entire life. You don't start to feel this stuff overnight. You have to want it and you got to commit to a process over months. It will happen. We humans are all made out of the same stuff. If you can speak, you can sing.

    I found it to be helpful to not freak out on the note right before the high note. I think the note before the A4 in the "Let It Be" chorus was a G4. A lot less tension when i focus on the G before the A.

    My mix is either too heady or too heavy. It’s really hard for me to find the balance state and maintain it (I got cracked, vocal fry if I try to mix heavily for a while & easy to worn out if I use the light one). Do you have any advice for that?

    Hi Tyler, so once you learn how to blend, how do you make it sound powerful? Can this be applied to singing rock ballad? Can you make a video sample where you sing say bon jovi or skidrow songs?

      If you are newer in your journey to learning mix voice then I would recommend starting with Mix Voice Masterclass.
      But, if you have been at this for a little while then I would recommend going with The Four Laws Of Vocal Technique.
      Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.

      @@tylerwysong well i have been trying to learn mixing for two years now, i seemed to always find that placement that feels right but then disappears the next day so i figured i need to a follow a full plan and honestly you’re the only voice teacher i feel like i can trust with this. And that’s it i was just confused on what course to start with.

      @tylerwysong  Рік тому

      @@fhad5366 I definitely understand that. I think you should start with the four laws of vocal technique. Give that a go and if for whatever reason you feel like you would have rather gone with mix voice masterclass I can always just switch you over to that one.
