Yes!! I just got my teeth removed Thursday. I did the wax try in’s yesterday for my dentures and I think I the teeth look great out of my mouth. But in my mouth I’m having a very difficult time liking them because they don’t look like my natural teeth. The shape of the front teeth are different. Teeth change the whole look. So to me they don’t make me look like “me”. I look so different with them in. So I’m going to have a heck of a time getting use to how I look with my new dentures😢
A normal persons take on this is refreshing, as someone who had dentures put in only a few months ago this video was very helpful, thankyou for making it, x from London UK.
You look great. I had my teeth extracted one week ago today and it's been a nightmare ever since. I got a very bad infection which had me in agony for 3 or 4 days. I'm not able to put my denture in due to a lot of sore spots. They feel terrible in my mouth. I've only had protein shakes and water. I'm beyond the point of no return so I have to keep trying. Wish me luck.

Thank you for this video. I'm m happy you have had a smooth transition. I'm a former breast cancer patient and the chemo impacted my mouth all through treatment and now 2 yrs post treatment my teeth are brittle. Have crcked 2 molars already. I cannot fathom spending thousands on implants so will discuss w dentist what my options are if my teeth keep up w this. Dentures have come a long way and you look fabulous!

I’m getting my temporary dentures on the bottom row next week! Then when my gums heal, I get my permanents. I’m nervous how I’m going to function, so thank you so much for this ❤️❤️

@@TinaGonzalez-y7l Tina, one of my favorites was a protein shake I got at Walmart, peanut butter flavor was my pick. I have a video talking about them (early denture video) mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, mashed avocados with seasonings, soups, lasagna, pasta with different sauces. All of those filled me up without requiring much chewing ❤️ I hope this helps
Hey Tina I’m 11 days out and I’m eating solids foods .. I’m eating curries with rice, soups hot chips potato cakes little bits of bread chocolate coated strawberries but if your having trouble go bk n see dentist / denture clinic and maybe try some adhesive or cushion grip or something.. good luck ❤

I just went back and looked at your older videos. You look ten years younger. If you haven't had any fillers put in your face, the dentures made you look ten years younger.
No fillers.. the dentures definitely gave me a lift to my face and also gave me massive volume to my top lip and a little volume to my bottom which I’m loving.. Thank you for taking the time to leave me such a supportive, uplifting compliment ❤️ I really appreciate you 😘
Hi Angela do you use any adhesive with you Immediate denture, I've been told not to use adhesive with Immediates, I've got a partial denture at the bottom but they feel loose, it was last Thursday I had 5 teeth extracted and fitted with Immediate denture, I'm from the UK
I do not use any adhesive (I will if I need to but so far I haven’t needed it) as far as you using adhesive, my dentist told me I could start using adhesive 5 days after my extractions. I would advice to use the littlest amount 😘 I would also make sure you check with your dentist to be sure that you are cleared to use adhesive ❤️ Hope this helps
Just got full dentures and i paid like 9k and im so discouraged due to the fact the bottooims has a hug gap and they dont stay in and i have a good ridge but my first reliner in 3 weeks so hopefully that helps any tips let me know plz
Hi 😘 as you know gum shrinking happens (how long since extractions?) the gap, I’m not sure unless it’s shrinkage or dentures didn’t fit correctly from beginning? The reline will definitely help, it’s a composite material that helps dentures fit more securely to the gums. Depending on how it works and the price, you may want to do some research on how to do a reline at home (loads of videos and it’s super affordable) Wishing you all the best and although I wasn’t much help, I hope I helped in some way 😘

I’m sorry for the late response. Look into cushion grip! So many people love this especially when dentures are not fitting well, it might be just what you need 😘

I always chewed gum it helped keep my dentures in place
