Nice change of pace and always good to appreciate Culture and heritage. Gave me a brief heart attack when on bended knee until I remembered your knackered knees....ha ha...yea, hi Heather!
I was getting really miffed with the noisy kids, then suddenly it was empty, 10-15 people just gone. We only explored a short section of the garden really, it's a nice place, considering....Plymouth...
If you like woodland walks and gardens it's well worth it. We didn't go in this time but you can go inside the house, they have several paintings by my favourite painter Joshua Reynolds in there good day out.
Sadly the hats are unavailable for purchase. I was going to do a little series of the castles in Cornwall, we went to Tintagel the other week but I binned the footage, if you watch the next film you'll find out why. That said we may do Launceston and a couple of others.
That’s a shame, I’m an early medieval geek so love the name. Looking forward to seeing that, too many places only have a few photos available online and it’s nice to see it from a Cornishman’s eye view.

Interesting castle and beautiful weather to enjoy it.
Worth a look around for sure
Another great video! Thank you for sharing and taking me along. Cheers!

Loved that bonus footage at the end 😛
It's well worth a visit, still a lot of it standing considering it's age
HI Heather
Hi Heather. 👋
Nice hat, Si. I like it.
It was a prezzie, I like it despite only having played baseball once in my life...
Interesting history with the castle and good to see you cleared it in record time 😂 loved that big old house with all its gardens , beautiful .

You could have popped around for a cuppa !
I didn't realise you lived there, but if the offer is open next time we're in the area we will.

Great footage of Restormel, chuffed to see that. Where do I get myself a Rialobran hat from then?
