Visited DC back in the spring for the first time and absolutely loved it. The museum’s themselves are a three day or more attraction in and of themselves.
@@toodalooyall I stayed in Arlington. The hotel was 10 minutes from the nearest Metro station which was perfect. It was an easy 40 ride to the Smithsonian and I wandered around from there. I didn’t explore the bus system on this trip, but from the maps I saw they looked like a great transportation option.
My City! I first moved to DC for college in 1982. A few freshman brought sleeping bags down to the Lincoln Memorial and camped out on the back of the monument. Could not do that today! 😂
Born and raised in DC, I highly recommend next time you check out the museums, the national zoo, and the botanical gardens….also need to ride the metro!
Is there a site/link/video that guides how to travel alone in Washington, right from the Dulles airport to the downtown and other areas, on trains and buses...for someone who has never been to the US.
Very nice and love video ❤. I love it Can you please send me map of Washington dc so that it can help me to explore all worth seeing places . I am coming from Riyadh KSA to Newyork and then to Washington
You should grab a map once you get to DC and ask the receptionist at the hotel you're staying at about some great places. Hopefully you found some inspiration in this video of places you want to go and see with your own eyes :)

Totally! There are so many free museum's and just like you said, you could easily spend three days on that alone! Where in DC did you stay?

The Phoenix Park is in Dublin and is the largest enclosed public park in any capital city in Europe

Oh and skip the MARC, Amtrak is worth the upgrade and sometimes only $15
It wasn't bad at all :)! Next time we'll try the Amtrak! Thank you for watching!
DC has gone downhill post-pandemic. If planning on going I'd wait a few more years before going again. There are better places to spend your money.
Thank you for watching! We still had a good time!
Can someone under 21 go to the Dubliner since it’s a bar?
It is a restaurant, so all ages are welcome to come and eat
The Dubliner……and you ordered soft drinks?? OMG! 27:54
Yep! No alcohol for us :)! Thank you for watching!
