Having a table or a funnel shaped Shute under your big shears for rubbish to fall into, but overall that gizmo is bloody terrific. I truly hope society will realize soon enough that this line of work needs to be made accessible to as many people as possible, I understand the need of some regulation to avoid ecological disasters like chemicals seeping into the water supply or nasty chemical fires, still, scrapping is one of the most eco friendly jobs I can think of, more so when the items are destined to the landfill, so I truly hope governments will realize that this is capitalism at its finest, people finding way to make money out of recycling.

But then many cities make it illegal to go dumpster diving or picking off the curb. Some stuff you'll find still works and doesn't have to be scrapped, but the stupid city says no, it has to be destroyed and taken to a landfill. That law doesn't stop me though

You can't make $1,000 a day scrapping you can't even make $100 a day scrapping because you spend all day Gathering it together and then having to separate it takes all day then when you take it in you might average out $100 a day you might get lucky to make $200 a day for a couple of days but you aren't going to make $200 every day and you aren't going to make $1,000 a day you would have to be a scrap yard
