thats some fresh hardsurface modelling , very delicious looking , boolean and normals work so easy and hassle free in blender its amazing , i could only dream of doing this in my max days , thanx for the video its a great tutorial

Awesome video!!! Always an inspiration! When it comes to the boolean cuts with bevel try to use the "Weld" modifier (play with the values) after the "Bevel" modifier ... it solves a lot of the artifacts issues. Keep it up!
