Lucky Star was one of the first anime I've watched back in 2008 (in awful resolution with a.f.k. hardsub), so I'm pretty fond of it, but I don't think I would enjoy rewatching it today besides nostalgia reasons.
Lucky Star's success gave way to the modern cancer, though, the same way Haruhi's success pretty much singlehandedly jumpstarted the LN adaptation craze.
So in that way, one can consider it the original "ironic" weeb anime, but that's really stretching it.

Crabbo It gives pretty much free crits for taking down an opponent, in which can be very annoying when your enemy spy can 2 shot almost every class.

Crabbo The ambassador isn’t just for trickstabbing weebs. The ambassador rewards you for good aim. That’s actually much more rewarding than camping an engineer and having 15 crits to shoot at every person.

It has more to do with u takin risk when stabbing n sapping, amby before nerf was mini sniper
the main reason was amby could snipe whenever while diamond needed spy to do something first, yes amby took skill but could be aim bot.
NeonHyperNep I can aimbot with the diamondback too and the default revolver, and the actual sniper class. That shit makes no sense.
@@forcabarca4607 you can aimbot with the diamond back but it's worse than the ambi aimbotting once you run out of crits. The revolver also does less damage. The point of the ambi nerf was to stop a spy playstyle the developers didn't believe was good for the game.
