I played quetzal jellyfish and it was fire, had three jellyfishes a quetzal and a place left to buy random low tiers for quetzal. Easiest 50/50 jellyfishes ever.
Yea Quetzal is just uber broken

This weekly, 3 pets completely dominates. I don’t remember their names but the one that gives front most mana, and then the one that deals damage per mana on faint, and the fiery dragon
Sleipnir, sea serpent and red dragon!!
And here’s me having played this weekly plenty and not seen that combo a single time lol. Elephant camel/blowfish maybe
I mostly agree, but rather than red dragon, early lioness as an engine which then goes into Sleipnir and sea serpent. You could lose four hearts in a row by converting your whole team into 4/5 lionesses and still destroy any other possible team by a longshot even if their all 50/50 by like turn 13.
Gotta love how despite all the new animals, elephant blowfish poodle is still the meta

Yep. The reveal tweet for the pet even referred to it as Wendigo. Idk why they changed the name to just “Deer Lord”. Assuming it's a pun.
@@perrytheplatypus4620 huh thats weird, i dont think wendigo is copyrighted right? Isnt it a cultural thing or something? Ngl i dont much about it
they probably changed it due to (indirect) encouragement from native Americans. They don't like the idea of the wendigo being represented as some creepy deer thing, because it has very little to do with the traditional version. I said indirect encouragement because it's usually non-native activists who speak out against that sort of thing - on behalf of the actual natives in question, who usually don't care enough to get loud about it

I just got a round 10 win going elephant+camel+hippo. Elephant has been the key to this weekly in my experience. It feels like there's such little else to build towards until late.
Same, except instead of hippo I had blowfish
Well yeah elephant camel is always going to be a thing. Poodle is another key, it’s one of the only scalers.
Really well or really bad but we didn't think of option 3 "actual garbage water" also known as deer lord
A lvl3 axe hound on that last round would have been hilarious
deer lord + beta fish + the poridge for health was a really good way to get early stats
I think deer lord, seal could be pretty good, if only there was like moose or rabbit to give health
Dear lord, rabbit and hippocampus is a strong combo. Not possible in this pack but in custom it is. Feeding faint guys is obviously good aswell, the fish that gives stats is very nice.

My favorite is using the rat to get a toy.. ideally the buy or sell toy..
Then get a dragon, and spam.
I tried a full hampster team with roll toy.. didnt win, but what a game!

Yea reindeer is op af this week. Have that.. sea horse thing that gives attack, load up some roosters and reindeer with carrots. Poodle maybe , 50 attack in no time
They really put a tier 6 in tier 1 with the axehound
Tier 4 since Scorpion is tier 5.

The no health weekly has really been making me struggle
I finally got a win with the stupid deer. Kept buffing it with beta and ants and then I transformed it and got the sea serpent level 3 at like 40/40. Managed to get a sleipnir going in the back and buffed it with the bacon from the deer and gave it carrot.
All that to barely squeeze a win with 1 life. It's a rough one.
Another thing I've been trying is saving flying squirrel early, then getting the old rat and the next turn replacing with the squirrel. The toy buffs are really lame but then you can pill / deer the pangolins you find and get health. This is how I got my deer to 40/40.
Those are the only 2 strats I've found to get anything with actual health that isn't just camel or hippo buffs in battle. Otherwise I see a ton of people doing dragon or lioness a lot. I wanted a win with the new pets though.

Lol my blind weekly run was so lame. Same dragon team with no new pets. I slapped a night crawler in the open slot on 9 wins and then lost anyway. Cant wait to see what you cook up this year big boy

I didnt want it to hit deer lord or something and then I couldnt position, regardless i felt I needed more stats rather than a random pet change.
