- I am very surprised at how strong it still is. Like I kinda new jerboa owl was good but rice seagull is a gnarly amount of gold. I totally forgot about salamander btw..

seagull has to be one of the most versatile non-scalers in the game
Going all in on rice seagull is a bit goofy when you could just use something like goat, but I think mid game it's actually really good. Boost your buy/sell with something like starfish or buffalo, also all your pets will have rice without wasting money and ruining your tempo, so you can pivot really hard at tier 6 (and seagull can be utilised with other foods). Last time there was a weekly with good seagull synergy and rice, I always went with rice if I got the seagull early, very underrated and better than doing something random like garlic or meat bone. edit: actually seagull works uniquely well with owl because it's summon not buy
Yea I wanted to go all in on it because it's such a unique way to use seagull. And it felt pretty good with the buy sell archetype. It is definitely overkill though with goat lol.

Just needed chameleon pill for late game coconut on seagull. Then you can just buy stuff to the side and combine onto your 50/50s.
