I love mine. Solved some sharp edges on the bracelet with some 1000 grit sandpaper which was very quick and easy. Absolutely no regrets on this one. Beautiful and comfortable. I prefer the jubilee bracelet on PD watches simply for their comfort over the oyster version. I have 8 or 9 different PD watch models and haven't found one to complain about yet. Love and wear them all. I don't understand why people constantly bash the loom on these watches. Who is buying a wrist watch to tell time in the dark?
Hi Mate, thanks for this video. Just got mine in today, from the 11.11 sale, first day, under 10-day delivery! I ended up paying €92,- after all coupons, etc. I did choose the 3-link bracelet (which is actually a 1-link bracelet), but that one DOES follow the curve of the lugs better. What I do find odd, why have a milled diver's extention, but a pressed metal folding clasp, really odd. But agai, thanks for the video, and is IS worth the money, I think.
Hi. There's a new V3 1651. I don't know what's difference, but i ordered it few days ago. Pagani support, unfortunately, don't give me an answer about differences of V3😅
I just bought a PD-1917. I was hoping PD had improved their quality control, but the edge of the bezel is machined poorly in places and on the ring under the bezel there are five imperfections in the metal, small pitted areas. The bezel action is sloppy too. I bought another PD watch a year or so ago and when I received the watch the bezel had fallen off in the post. I expect they send you perfect examples to review, but people should bear in mind that like me, you may very well get a duffer.
With this one when I brought mine, I had to realign the bezel which was easy. Marc from Long Island watch has a vid on it. I was surprised how good it looked when I received it. Thanks Jason.
Great idea, but if you're going to make an homage, do it right. Get rid of the ridiculous open case back, smallify the crown a bit and include a full blue dial, not just the blue/ black fade. At least the creative gentlemen who decided at one time to stick "explorer" on the dial seem to have been squelched.
very nice, it has a lot of appeal....only two minor things for me, cyclops and PD writing I am a fan of just the logo only....there is a third but that falls on def ears in the PD workshop, lume of course....despite those I'd be happy to add one to my collection....thanks for showing the updated version matey....🏴⌚🏴⌚
Great looking watch and that bracelet looks fantastic. If it had 200m WR and lume lume lume I'd pay £115 for it. Also would be a contender for £200+ category. It could then put the frighteners on San Martin who are becoming a bit costly now their old age😁
I quite like the colour and the bezel insert. Be careful saying this like "jubilee bracelet" mate. You should rather say "jubilee style bracelet" or bracelet designed similar to the jubilee bracelet"...use your own words! 😉
Pagani design makes nice watches for the price. I don't know why they keep using the same lume, mabe they made a mistake ordering and now have 5 metric tons of crap lume. 🤔
It’s sure funny how Invicta who did homoges long before the Chinese did, gets no more love and probably perfected their watches, I’ve never had a bad one and they either had a Japanese quartz or Japanese automatic mechanical movement. Some had Swiss movements. It’s my understanding now that Invicta ONLY uses Seiko quarts or auto movements. Anyway I wish Pagani design were sold on watch dives. Beautiful colour combination silver and grey Ya look at how “out” the bezel is at the “30”

Exactly! Just get an Edifice with a back light button if that’s important. In fact, I might do just that!
I do kinda like seeing the lume in the dark 🤣 however it definitely isn't essential
We like lume the same way we like polished metal.
Things that make me happy:
Cold beer
Kittens
Jason saying ‘bracelet’
And 'lug to lug' 😁
Older vid, but helpful because I just ordered the same color model.
Thanks
Excelente video, jason. Fuerte abrazo desde Colombia.
Hello Colombia!!!
If PD could keep up the badge logo and use decent lume application, they would outsell everyone.
Think you're right, it does go quite well so a few upgrades would make it a real killer

Brilliant, hope you enjoy it!
Great watch, glad I got one. Thanks Jason
Enjoy it brother
That was my first PD actually!
It's a good first I think, started me down the rabbit hole
Cool review! Do you know if the bezel is made of ceramic?

Nice Jubilee bracelet but it’s a wrong watch to have it.

Nice video, what's the colour combination called on AliExpress? Is it white grey?
I'd imagine this would be grey

Thanks for watching pal, appreciate it

I have the gen item and the bezel is bi-directional ;)
I've reviewed one, shame they couldn't add that feature here really
Hi Jason.
Hope your all well up there.
That’s a lorra lorra,watch for the money,as they say.(probably 😉).
Love it,on that jubilee,though.
Stay well.
That jubilee for the price is fantastic! Don't know how they do it!

I think Lume must be getting lost in translation because they keep ignoring it 😅
@@JasonTheWatchGuy 🤣😂🤣😂
I love this watch.
IND...coust very high

Well, San Martin has definitely left a huge gap in that market by moving the price up
AR coating would be a nice upgrade
Shame about the alignment and the lume, this is a decent watch and their jubilees are pretty good. I love the bezel and overall look
That bracelet feels much better than the price suggests for sure
Pagani Design has to improve on the lume and the bracelet clasp. The clasp needs an on the fly adjustment.
Definitely, Phylida did it so I don't see why they can't
The second hand should have been teal green and yeah Lume is under par.
OMFG, what is with the cyclop?!?!?! :D
Bit of a watch noob here. If I wanted to take links of this should I go to my local watch place or do it myself.
Get a screwdriver and do it yourself, the hobby is expensive as it is without using watchmakers for something you can do
beautiful.
I quite like the colour and the bezel insert. Be careful saying this like "jubilee bracelet" mate. You should rather say "jubilee style bracelet" or bracelet designed similar to the jubilee bracelet"...use your own words! 😉
I would get the homage from Phylida instead for £76
This is white steel grey or white steel black?
Grey I believe
Pagani design makes nice watches for the price. I don't know why they keep using the same lume, mabe they made a mistake ordering and now have 5 metric tons of crap lume. 🤔
Just cost cutting measures. For better lume I'd expect a price increase.
That must be it haha
Ĺes insert interieur sont trop largeur ca fait un effet de profondeur du cadran qui n'est pas jolie , dommage

Ya look at how “out” the bezel is at the “30”
Would look better with the horrible cyclops, or a no date version.
I won’t buy this one.
