I have callouses on my left foot so I feel nothing! As for my right I have callouses on my toes heels but I can feel it in the middle!

I got burnt from raw garlic because i was trying to remove 3 tiny warts, i think its degree burn , the burn part is peeling off and the swelling its going down slowly. How can i recover from this garlic burn ? And how can i get rid of wart ? This garlic burnt happened around my pelvic area .
