I don’t ever comment on anything and I usually forget to subscribe to stuff. Not intentionally, but I did remember today. I really just want to say thank you for talking dude. It’s so annoying listening to someone’s same song over and over and you have to watch their every single move and if you miss something you’re screwed. You’re amazing. Thanks so much. *hops off soapbox
By the way, your music is dope so I wasn’t hating on music in general, promise. I’m in school right now and I have a certification for illustrator but photoshop is relatively new to me and not going to lie I have struggled with it. I get frustrated with myself for slowing videos down over and over and trying to catch every click and ADHD runs hot in these veins boy haha. Okay I can’t help it I’m a UX designer so I just can’t resist expressing when I’m “delighted” with an experience 🤓 thanks for responding. And thanks for being like a real person, I think you know what I mean by that without having to elaborate.
I've been a subscriber for probably 4 years now and I just have to say I still value your content because of its high quality. Your designs are amazing too, very interesting and modern. All my subscriptions are becoming garbage and you are one of the those channels that still have hope.
this was great, would have been great to see the whole process in real time, a few of the steps towards to the end were really cool (prepping it for a shirt, colour balance and other adjustments etc.)
Fantastic design, could you explain a bit more about what you did to “prepare” the final design at the 8 minute mark? Mainly around the removing of the black? It’s a bit Hard to see and understand everything you did with the video sped up!
Charley .... love the content. As a fellow designer I just wanted to point out 2 methods you could use to be more efficient with what you're doing in the design around the 3:00 mark. If you have a fully transparent object you can just select the blending options in the layer style panel and check off the box that says "layer mask hides effects" under advanced blending or optionally if you had say an image with a layer mask you could right-click the effect and select "create layer" and just add your mask to the new layer that contains only the glow.
@@CharleyPangus I have my ways as well but I know I’m still learning something new every dang day. I just picked up some tricks from your cactus design video with color separations so let’s say I owed you one. 👊🏻
Dope video....Its been hard trying to come up with ideas, after watching your videos im back motivated to creating new and raw content. Thanks for the videos.
how do you find the document dimension? i have a design i created and wanted to send it to the supplier for printing but I don't know how to properly fill out the tech pack any suggestions?
The best you can hope to do is use halftones for a dithering effect. There can be no transparency/opacity adjustments when you're printing onto a shirt. Nothing in this video explains how this translates to an actual shirt, it's just a mockup.
Amazing tot as always charley .. was like too fast for me .. wish it was slower ...maybe a longer more detailed version would be mush appreciated ... but thank u for sharing ,, amazing result
Thank you for the tutorial! Do you print on dark transfer paper and cut the edges of the letter or you cut straight horizontally on top and bottom before doing a heat press?
Hey man I’m a inspiring t shirt designer and I just discovered you’re channel but I know absolutely 0 about photoshop and how to cut and edit images or what sites or softwares to use do you have any videos that are basically like photoshop for dummies ?
It depends on the print method. With DTG it’s fine but it gets tricky with screen printing. Usually screen printers will use software to create halftone gradients.
A good old school way of making t-shirt designs, using talent, not AI. Love it!
Thank you 🙏🏼

Just convert your text layer into smart object and then go to filter -> filter gallery.... He did this at 8 minute mark..
@@abhishekthakur5204 well I meant in general to remove the black, smart object is obvious lol, and it wasn’t the exact 8 minutes, more 8:04 or so
love ur work

felicidades por el contenido y que grata información muchas gracias saludos desde peru
Thanks Bro! amazing stuff as always ;)
When you went to Google to get the images, were they free or did you have to purchase them?
Those images were free to use you just have to double check with the copyright information
very informative just won a subscriber .
Hey Charlie just a quick question when you use screen in blend mode how do you clean up design to make it printable for a shirt?
Yeah, this was something I thought was really important because transparency can be a big no-no for DTG printers and some screenprinters.
Yes that the big question
Anyone have answer for this
still waiting for help D:
The best you can hope to do is use halftones for a dithering effect. There can be no transparency/opacity adjustments when you're printing onto a shirt. Nothing in this video explains how this translates to an actual shirt, it's just a mockup.
that's litttt! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you
Awesome man!! What is the kind of printing used to print high quality photo images like this called??
Amazing tot as always charley .. was like too fast for me .. wish it was slower ...maybe a longer more detailed version would be mush appreciated ... but thank u for sharing ,, amazing result
Working on some longer tutorials! :) thanks for watching man and happy holidays!
Awesome video . What version of photos photoshop should I be looking at ? I currently only have Inkscape and use pixlr also
Can anyone pls explain how he created a new layer at 5:33. I am a beginner :)
if you didnt figured it out yet, try ctrl+alt+G
Thanks Charley, But did you sublimate it on a T-shirt or did you use DTG?
Nice content. Do you know the name of the music you've made at the end?
can u explain 3:00 for me i am super confused please respond quick
Thank you for the tutorial! Do you print on dark transfer paper and cut the edges of the letter or you cut straight horizontally on top and bottom before doing a heat press?
anyway you can do tutorials on the ipD
It's like a Netflix cover pica
hello love your vids bro. i have question, is this process you did is good for dtf printing?
On this image would you make it transfer heat press or screen print?
Hey man I’m a inspiring t shirt designer and I just discovered you’re channel but I know absolutely 0 about photoshop and how to cut and edit images or what sites or softwares to use do you have any videos that are basically like photoshop for dummies ?
do you ever do a slow down version of this ? like a full on tutorial? I'm a beginner at photoshop and it's too hard to keep up with you ..
free alternatives font for shackelton?
Perfect👍🏻
how did you add a new layer in text "burn"
Спасибо за идею !👍
Awesome tutorial mate. If we add the slight glow effects will it get printed neatly on the tshirt? Will they get blurry print due to that?
It depends on the print method. With DTG it’s fine but it gets tricky with screen printing. Usually screen printers will use software to create halftone gradients.
@@CharleyPangus thank you for the information 😇😃
You are really good
And thanks for the video
How you export your final design making it ready for printing?
Hello, could you please more of these ?
Can u tell me how to make it look realistic after pasting the design on the t shirt??
Hey what software are you using. And what is a good computer for this type work
