Hahahaha that was awesome! Very candid moments skipping down those sketchy rock sections! Loved it. Have a great New Years tonight. Congrats on all your success with ProPain in 2022. Look forward to seeing your content in ‘23. ❤🇨🇦
@@ryanmrodriguez There is a secret trail I have been building on with a lot of friends. If you come down here, hmu and we will give you the tour, would love to see you go crazy lol
hey is the Hugene comparable to the Neuron/Occam? Or is it more like the Spectral/Jeffsy/more aggressive & downhill oriented? I'm looking for something balanced that is also enjoyable going uphill, and is also fun on easier/mellower trails. Is it any good in this case or I should go with the Neuron? I'm not interested in XC bikes btw. I do understand that you have an affiliation with propain, but I'm asking for an honest opinion so I know if it's the right type of bike for me.
I would say the Hugene is somewhere in the middle. It's very capable downhill but maybe not as stable as some other choices. However you get a lot of fun, agility and poppyness in return. You can further influence how you want your bike to feel by either going light with a 140mm pike/34 or a bit more sturdy with the 150mm Lyrik/36 option. I built mine up custom with a 150mm pike (My21) and i could not be more happy with my Bike!
@@Dukhanstmichmal Thanks I actually ordered a Hugene and waiting for it to be delivered. I've built it as light as possible, 140mm fox 34, 140mm RS deluxe ultimate. For wheels I have an extra pair of roval controls which I'll be using on mellower trails. I'll use the included aluminium ones paired with magic mary/big betty for some rougher stuff :)
@@mircea5013 Hey mircea5013, I'm looking for the same kind of bike you were looking for :) Did you receive the Hugene, what do you think of it? Isn't it too much bike for enjoying climbing and pedaling mellow trails? Thanks.
@@MrGranjak I'm no expert in bikes, but the Hugene is amazing in my opinion. It's indeed more capable than a Neuron, but god damn it pedals well. It's simply an all rounder if you ask me. It does everything. It might not win XC races or it might not be the fastest in downhill competitions, but for an average guy like me it does everything so well. No pedal bob, no vagueness. I don't really need to lock the rear suspension, but if i do, the thing just puts the power down instantly. I've equipped it with a RS deluxe ultimate (with lock function), and a fox 34 140mm. I'm using really light Specialized Roval control wheels (1450g/set) and Nobby nick/wicked will tyres. I love it.
