Ive been on the fence with this chair and another competitor, its good to see you had a fast response about the broken part thats good to hear as well. I too work long hours at home so looking at something to replace my old broken chair, and long term reviews like this are super helpful to me. how did you find the footrest, is it flimsy and does it get far enough down your legs to be comfortable to use when reclining?
The footrest is ok, I dont use it very much which is ironic as its one of the main reasons I bought it 🤣 that being said, in my experience it is not flimsy at all and appears to be mostly made from steel. I'm 6"2 and it rests around half way down my calves.

Hi, I just got this chair but the back is having a hard time staying up or locked in place! Have you had this issue at all and how did you resolve it?
