I was wondering how the padding was for the shoulder blade area, I’ve never seen padding like that and was wondering if your back is getting irritated in any way from them. Thanks and good video 👍
Hi! Can the headrest be lowered, and by how much? I’m not sure whether to get the standard or tall one since I’m at the higher end of the standard height range at 5’8 - thank you!
It can be lowered to it cuts into the top back support by quite a bit! I’m 6’2 and it’s perfect for me. I’d say with our difference in height, this would probably suit you to!

It's really comfortable, the two panels move to suit your shoulders.
Hows easy is it to tilt? I prefer a chair that sits at a slight reclining angle

how is the padding on the lumber support? Usually lumber support is mesh/cushion but this looks like a plastic piece
