I bought a used bike not to long ago. I checked all you listed, I usually do also listen for odd noises, all was good but the bike was listed a a really good price. Long story short asked why, guys said he just wanted to sell it because needed the money, but he throw in a battery tender and extra oil. (Clue one and two). Rode perfect for about 4 days then wouldn’t start. Seals need to be replaced and the stater is bad. I later learned that simply using a voltmeter I could have determined the stater was bad. Next time I will. So use a voltmeter check battery voltage before and after starting make sure your voltage is what it should be.
People just don’t take care of their stuff anymore. I bought a 2016 R1 and there was a lot of Mickey Mouse work going on with wiring and cross threaded/stripped out bolts. But with time, I got everything mechanically sound. Now the bike has 20k miles and is a full race bike. Yamaha knew what they were doing when they built these motors. Mine still pulls strong and I beat the hell out of it.
I think this bike just must have been turned on QS in menu. If I am not wrong, some bikes have this option in menu. Nice bike watch for oil level this bike is thirsty for it

Can't stand people who are dishonest when selling vehicles.
