HOW TO MAKE PERUVIAN CACHANGAS

✅ Cachangas are a delicious snack that is also prepared in many Peruvian homes with a cup of tea or coffee.
Cachangas are prepared throughout Latin America but each one has different names such as Bunuelos etc, and are mostly based on flour, sugar, salt, egg and water.

🥔 INGREDIENTS 🥔
◼️ 250 gr of plain flour
◼️ 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
◼️ 1 egg
◼️ 1 teaspoon of white or brown sugar
◼️ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
◼️ 1 teaspoon of anise
◼️ 100 - 120 ml of warm water
◼️ 25 gr of melted butter
