      They have a 10 lb weight vest that fits like a t shirt, I wear it under my shirt and you cannot even tell.

      @Iloveyoursmile Honesty 10 lbs is about the least you would want if you plan on wearing it constantly, your body will very quickly adapt to the added weight and then you will have to go heavier to actually get the gains you are looking for.
      Hyper wear has a vest that can also be worn under a t shirt that goes up to 30 lbs, I started off the the vest I linked and then moved up to the hyper wear fully loaded, I would go even heavier but it quickly becomes very bulky and really viable to live in day to day.

    Pigmie, I would recommend timing how fast you can run a certain distance before and after; that way you can see how much faster you became.

    What about heat training like david goggins did? Wearing multiple layers of warm clothing to make your body acostumed to warm temperatures.

    I wore ankle weights and wrist weights(2.5 pounds each for a total of about 10 pounds) for two years straight during junior high school (only really took them off when bathing or washing my hands, I even slept in them). It made me pretty strong and if I wanted a boost in my sports performance I would take them off and have godlike speed and power(I'm exaggerating but that's what it felt like and it was a definitely noticeable increase in performance, reminded me of when Rock Lee first removed his weights in that episode of Naruto) for 10 minutes until I got used to being lighter(then I would just put them back on).
    I may buy those weighted clothes, I still wear the weights but not 24/7 anymore because it's uncomfortable. Cool video!

    Weighted everything for a week. Weighted plate for food, weighted forks, knives, spoons. Weigh down your phone, wallet, car keys, anything u use daily

    You should look into jump technique tutorials - it seems like your penultimate step is too short ! and just by implementing a few changes you'll see your vert go up!

    the speed would probably be from the added stress on your hip flexors. Training hip flexors helps a lot with speed

    Try and get in with the company and beta test a 10 lbs suit. I’m 125 lbs and even I wouldn’t bother with a ~5 lbs suit. Considering these are quite pricey I wouldn’t wanna waste money on adding less than 5% of my body weight.

    Edit: also you'd better get rid of that bull thistle (looks like the ones in my grandparent's backyard growing up) in the corner you weed-eated around, those things are HARD to get rid of once they spread and, if you ever walk barefoot back there, every other step you'll be wishing you got rid of the one plant when you could have
    Edit 2: at the end of the vid now, DUDE! Don't worry about other people comparing you to themselves, only compare you to YOU! I respect a weak dude who say, benches nothing but the bar, doubling their strength from hard work, more than someone who just has natural strength and benches 300lbs. PR is the game.     Your next experiment should try out barefoot or bare minimum shoes. Like peluva barefoot shoes or bare vivo, I think. The shoes are little pricy but my personal experience it worth the money for my feet.

    Been waiting for this one since I saw that comment.
    I wonder if the "lightness" you feel after taking them off is similar to the "heaviness" you feel when you try to jump after being on a trampoline.
    I think you're right about the fabric, unfortunately polyester and polypropylene tend to start developing an aroma after sweat a lot sooner than natural fabrics.

    As a farmer during the winter I wear LAYERS like 5 layers. I notice a big difference when the big jacket and insulated pants get put away.
    Edit: out of curiosity I weighed my winter outer layers that I do chores and work in. 7.26 lbs on top of spandex, and cotton long johns, sweatpants and a sweatshirt/hoodie. It got down to -9F last year for a couple days.
    Edit 2: So glad I'm not the only one that looks ridiculous while doing yard work

    I wore just 1 lb ankle weights for about 3 months and my legs got jacked as hell! It doesn't take much but it does take consistency.

    What I would pay to dunk again. I would be curious to see something like this. Where you slowly decrease the weighted clothing. Simulating weigh loss whilst using your excess weight as a tool.

    For these kind of experiments you should time yourself doing a 100m/200m sprint. cause it could be placebo that you feel fast after taking the weight off, since you gradually got more used to feeling slow.

    Don’t know about the tapwater with you guys… but i wouldn’t drink it 🫠 you have the recourses… let it get cheked completely and see if there’s any harmful things in that could hinder your growth. Great video! Keep it up

    Very good video as always. For jumping technique I would reccomend watching a video about the penultimate step Isaiah rivera has a few good ones on that. I think you could instantly jump 2-3 inches higher if you did it correctly

    You can get wriste and ankle weights that arent too heavy but then and them with that suit if you got use to it (i have onky watched the first few minutes of video)

    I read a study like 10 years ago where martial artists practice sidekicks with ankle weights for a week or two, and compared to a control group, their sidekick actually got slower and less powerful. They wound up practicing worse body mechanics because they had to compensate for the weight. Seems like the same thing happened with your jump.

    This is 5lbs right? Curious about layering this with other things, huge price to weight ratio, I'm also curious if there is anything heavier out there, been thinking chain mail would be a neat idea for extra weight but cost and custom fit so it's tight would be a thing.

    Bro... you could get so much higher on your vertical if you jumped off one foot. When you jump off both feet you're stopping your momentum. Hope that helps

    It think it would stay strong and give you breathability if it was made of a mesh material. Which would make you look like a weird goth or Predator, but would make it way more comfortable to wear all day long

    But doesn't polyester cause you to sweat more?
    'Normal' cotton apparently involves a lot of chemicals, & water needed to grow it, which causes environmental problems, water issues for the communities, as well as toxic for pickers, processors & producers of the products, & for consumers! 😮😳
    Hemp grows easily & is strong & many uses, but due to its other properties plus profit motives has been banned in many places .. please could you look into hemp and maybe help to promote it?

    I do think that you should have taken the suit off, and yeah, you could have done the test. But put a day of rest in between so you're as close to 100% as when you took the original test. 👍

    Pigmie your penultimo is short if you make it longer the jump increase
