Yeah I was thinking that too. Sew a couple of weighted blankets together and fashion a big weighted onesie with velcro closures maybe. Would be pretty heavy though, and hilarious.
I would hang the chain's rings all around the body with the zip ties, and use another shirt on top of that to cover it up and stitch it to the one underneath, and the same for the pants.
Lol funny video, but brother it does exist😂 a boxer I train with had a full suit from Omorpho and they make leggings, vests, t-shirts, everything. Expensive but I tried them and they’re super nice.
If you wanted to spend way too much time, you could sew pockets of metal beads/small ball bearings/lead weights over the immobile parts of the clothing. Like a weighted blanket.
My idea: A bodysuit that has hooks on each limb and joint so you can target a specific resistance move. Example: Say you want to target triceps ideally you would connect a band from your shoulder to your hand and have one connected to your inner bicep for stability. Or it could have the same tension effects that a bike brake brake is under using wire and springs. Idk would be cool to always be working out while doing your day to day.
I think this is a pretty good proof of concept. I think you have something here. A better material to lay the weighted cords ontop of, perhaps Or just insulate the material/underarmor as a whole to make it weighted, as opposed to having external weight bouncing around?
Found your channel not so long ago, and just been watching all your videos recently and I love them. Could you not try with a surfsuit? that would stay on even better and already has weight.
maybe you could like pay someone to weave extension cords or some sort of metal between fabric, and then give them your measurements so that they don't make it too tight, and then add more weight by putting more wire?
Just as a simple iteration on your existing prototype, I’m thinking of Velcro with an additional layer of clothing on top to keep it from sticking to itself while moving. This way the weight could be adjusted in total and in location. Plus the weight could be removed for washing.
I had a chainmail shirt that weighed 30 lbs and man it was a hard workout just doing ordinary activities. Medieval solders were buff for a reason. To clean it you put it in a bucket of sand with a strong lid and roll it back and forth. You need actual armor type and not the costume stuff.
11:25 I haven’t seen any weighted “suits” before - but weighted clothing (ie: shirts and shorts/pants) exist, as well as ankle weights, wrist weights, and heavy helmets. Additionally, there are boxing suits that use resistance bands and/or cables to add resistance to movement (punches).
I would have gotten some material similar to the compression shirt/pants and sewed in a bunch of pockets and filled with beads and sew shut, sort of like a weighted blanket.
You know what woydl work better than chiant mail. Wrapping chains of different sizes around yoru body obviously on a suit. Maybe keep it in place with velcro
Instead of a weight suit, make a resistance suit (which is what I thought this was). Use elastic bands to constrict movements all over the body and your body will feel heavier to move while doing anything!
Hey man, you should try a challenge where instead of working out you intentionally flex each muscle group for long periods of time all day, for 10 days, to see if it makes any changes. I've always wondered
Titin is the closest that has happened so far to a weighted suit they a shirt and shorts that’s close dragon ball z goku a weighted shirt I’m personally also wanting a proper weighted suit similar to the idea of the titin brand that went out of business
They did build this - it’s a suit of (plate) armor. Natural hypertrophy on UA-cam has two videos on knights training in armor. First you need to think about layering. Instead of skin tight tights you made, your suit would be more traditional jacketed blouse and trousers on top of tights, with perhaps some kind of padding in between and under layer of tights. You’d want to use belts and straps to keep the weight close to your body while you move.
Something like that would be great for astronauts on extended missions to low gravity areas like Mars or the moon. Help them retain muscle and bone density.
I love Pigmie but surely there was a better way to make a resistance suit like pockets for weights located in every part of the suit like quad’s, hamstrings etc.
The only weight vest that I have seen at the moment are one from PowerHandz about 10lbs and one from Bartlas about 40lbs but it cost $500. I don't know if they are any good but you can give it a try
I look forward to your videos they’re great but it’s also hilarious seeing your wife watch you do your videos…she has this look of disinterested disgust!
The THENX weight vest is very good if you only want a better weight vest but......... If you made this video as an advertisement then "DO YOUR THING" i guess 👍🏼
I do agree that we need better forms of weighted vests/suits, and you definitely aren’t an engineer, this wasn’t a very good build, buuuut it could be something in the right direction
Maybe you can sew something from those weighted blankets.
That would be awesome

Bro IMMEDIATE dehydration tho lmao
He wrecked a perfectly good extension cord. 🥜
Fun idea, friggin hilarious to look at. I liked when you said”I don’t know man sometimes I just do stuff.” Good explanation.
He just ruined a perfect extension cord! LMAO
You could add some elastic to a chainmail shirt
This guy really taught me to focus more
💀🤣🤣
Waiting for the day you drop the "I made a gravity training room" video 😂💪
Man, if someone could just invent that or the hyperbolic time chamber from Dragon Ball Z, that'd be great! 😂
I would hang the chain's rings all around the body with the zip ties, and use another shirt on top of that to cover it up and stitch it to the one underneath, and the same for the pants.

Yoo thank you! I’m looking into it!
@@FocusedLucas There are a fair number of companies that have weighted clothing and bodysuits: KiloGear, PowerHandz, S.W.A.G. Strength Suit
@@FocusedLucasHave you ever looked into enclomephine?
A Pigmie video always makes my day.
Fr
Why don't you try to workout in one of those full body medieval chained suit armor

Doesn't that make you get incredibly warm since its made to wear in cold waters?

Ahh Yes, time to go Super Saiyan
some chain mail, ankle and wrist weights (use the ankle and wrist ones only while running/working out or you'll get joint problems there)
I had a chainmail shirt that weighed 30 lbs and man it was a hard workout just doing ordinary activities. Medieval solders were buff for a reason. To clean it you put it in a bucket of sand with a strong lid and roll it back and forth. You need actual armor type and not the costume stuff.
Pshh… should have just built a DBZ Gravity Chamber 🙃

lol. Now I need a video of you doing weighted calisthenics in chainmail. Chainmail can easily add 20+ lbs
Quilted blanket with little weights in the little diamond pockets of the quilt. Cut and sew into shape of clothes.
How about stacking multiple soaked wetsuits and sealing them in with flexseal? More layers = more resistance.
A “Semi-Clear” idea in mind. That’s focused indeed 😂
Omorpho has skin tight weighted clothes. BalanX makes one too
Now just sow another pair of those long jons around the outside, possibly a larger pair to make it easier, and then BOOM!
Lmao do you feel like POWERFUL lmao. Dude you make me laugh so hard. Thanks bro we need more people like you.
You look like a superhero, CORD-MAN!
Instead of a weight suit, make a resistance suit (which is what I thought this was). Use elastic bands to constrict movements all over the body and your body will feel heavier to move while doing anything!
i was expecting resistance bands or something
I think this could work better if you did it with tubing and you could fill the tubing with sand or water
I have cut a head hole in a weighted blanket and wear it like a poncho then put my robe belt around my waist. Pow im like piccolo/jedi now.
Yo patent this shit ASAP!!
Put him in the next one punch man 😂 The extension Corder
Fashion Instagram will appreciate you more than UA-cam
You know, watching this video after the one where he get's the Omorpho weight suit it sounds llike he's hinting at it's existance.
Chain-mail is the OG resistance suit :)
Hey man, you should try a challenge where instead of working out you intentionally flex each muscle group for long periods of time all day, for 10 days, to see if it makes any changes. I've always wondered
Paco Rabanne created a lot of DIY chainmail dresses. He just sells you a bag of metal rings and an assembly manual.
You should do a video learning martial arts for 90 days
How do you measure the weight and resistance of the “SUIT” though 🤔?
Titin is the closest that has happened so far to a weighted suit they a shirt and shorts that’s close dragon ball z goku a weighted shirt I’m personally also wanting a proper weighted suit similar to the idea of the titin brand that went out of business
NAH, that video game protagonist tutorial outfit with the underarmor. How wonderful.
How about taking a fat suit and ripping the stuffing out and replacing it with sand?
They did build this - it’s a suit of (plate) armor. Natural hypertrophy on UA-cam has two videos on knights training in armor.

This man is a menace lmao
not heavily enough
Extension Cord man !
All of that trouble to add only an additional 6lbs to your body. I could see starting to feel a difference at 20lbs added. But 6lbs is negligible.
Theres a guy who made a chain mail suit and he wears it under his normal clothes to add extra resistance throughout the day
Bro please try jelqing
Shout out to under armor for making the fabric that is durable enough to hold up to this foolery
next video idea: "I trained as an mma, judo, boxing or wrestling workout"
Something like that would be great for astronauts on extended missions to low gravity areas like Mars or the moon. Help them retain muscle and bone density.

Chainmail?
OMORPHO does this really well if you can afford it
What a concept 🤣
This guy does th craziest things
Jaxblade did a video 3 years ago about a fully weighted body suit by powerhandz.
Challenge idea try using your non domaint hand
What if the clothing, was not only weighted but applied resistance with movement (bungee tension)?
Try a chain armor...
Great video ❤
You can buy a chainmail suit or anti-bite suit for sharks
amazon has one
You look like Bane from batman
A fitted suit of plate armor would do this pretty well. The only downside is the immense cost.
Man my OCD went crazy when i saw you didn't cut those zipties
Cool prototype. I look forward to seeing these on people on the track and in the gym.
Have you not heard of chainmail???
This is so dumb and I’m here for it!
I look forward to your videos they’re great but it’s also hilarious seeing your wife watch you do your videos…she has this look of disinterested disgust!
Kensui EZ Vest
If outside, you could train in soaking wet winter clothes for weight 😅
cool idea
why dont you do this with that wheighted jump rope
finally a new pigmie vid, love them keep it up
Gambeson jacket/pants and or chain mail???
He looks like the human version of shriek
Please make a Batman suit but weighed for calisthenics 🙏🙏🥺
these suits don't exist because it's not mass produceable and would need alot of sizes for people
The THENX weight vest is very good if you only want a better weight vest but.........
If you made this video as an advertisement then "DO YOUR THING" i guess 👍🏼
Powerhands powersuit
there is this thing called a gravity training suit... might be what you're looking for
Whats up homeslice!
Resistance suits already exist. They're used a lot in martial arts.
Cainmail suit
I do agree that we need better forms of weighted vests/suits, and you definitely aren’t an engineer, this wasn’t a very good build, buuuut it could be something in the right direction
Thanks for converting to kg, most people don't care anymore these days.
You should contact Hacksmith bro😁
bad concept. Could have just made clothes out of weighted blankets.
couldve just worn a turtle shell...
@@bigmikeobama5314he gonna push a hill man
This is why men should know how to sew. Or at least he could have added flexible plates to each panel of his under armor
Like dude he's just trying random stuff out, does he look like some inventor scientist guy? 😂
Or maybe just wet blankets
You should try rott maxing to become a better gamer
Superhero origin story.
Gain 40 pounds of fat and then boom built in weight
Just wear a winter wetsuit a size to small…
Bro just buy scale mail armor, or chainmail
could of got a better result jumping in a pool. water weight would more than 3kg.
