I have a severe addiction to the songs of Ben Tod. I've had about every addiction a man can catch in one lifetime and at 45 I finally found a way to live free of dope and booze. Listening to these songs is worth about a hundred twelve step meetings.
Been sober from H (and everything else) for almost five years. Your songs can put me into vivid flashbacks of those dark days gone by, and at the same time the underlying hope in your voice makes me laugh at myself. It helps me realize that shit isn’t so bad today.

I have a double diagnosis ( depression and alcohol) , but they made me go to rehab and have been sober ever since and every time I feel the urge to drink again I listen to them 🫶🖤🫶

Never holds back and always gives in.” That line really hit me and its a struggle everyday not to go back to who i once was but thank you for letting me know im not the only one to feel this way.
